M&S insurance is a good price and has done an excellent job of fulfilling one of my friends claims which was the deciding factor, knowing that if you need to claim they honour their commitment without dispute is a big factor.

Avoid!! All seemed well, with cashback being tracked and confirmed. But just days before payment was due to be released, they changed the payment value to £0.00
Also, as it was just outside the 100 days - the retailer doesn't allow you to appeal. Which explains why they stipulate a 90 day validation period!
This is very crafty maneuvering, especially as I'm still paying them for the insurance. I'm inclined to cancel it now.

why cashback takes nearly 6 months to pay cashback out for a car insurance paid in full is beyond me?? maybe m&s could explain why!!!! especially when other companies can pay out inthe usual 6 weeks

Don't bother! . When you go to M&S via TopCashback or any search engine the process will crash. Itried 6 or 7 times and it did every time. I contacted their support and they said they know crashes, it does it whenever you come via a refferal site and tell you to go direct and get a quote and I would lose my 20% discount if they finished it by phone. When i did this the quote was £5 more than I had been getting previously. Rubbish site and customer support

Easy website to use, insurance price over £100 cheaper and for more insurance and extras included, cashback tracked by next morning and that was on a weekend, nice work Marks and Spencer. Would certainly recommend.
