Tracked OK but after 2 months is still not confirmed, but insurances in my experience take 3 months at least to pay out anyway to allow for cancellations

I took out buildings & contents insurance with M&S on 8th July 2009.
The usual payment period quoted by TopCashBacks is 90 days but the Client note suggests to wait another month.
Some 143 days later the transaction still shows as"Confirmed".
I submitted a manual claim to TopCashBack on 18th November 2009 and as of today 28th November 2009, I haven't had the courtesy of a reply.
I am beginning to think these cashback sites are a scam !!!!

Very good, easy to use website. I got a very good deal on my insurance and saved about £100 for the year plus £35 cashback! Tracked within a day and the paperwork turned up in the post after about 3 days. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Still waiting for payment.
Transaction took place on the 1st of June and tracked quickly and it's been confirmed.
It's now the 16th of November and I'm still waiting for it to become payable despite two enquiries to Top Cashback asking when it would become payable. They can't tell me when this will be.
