	December 7th 2015 got car insurance - June 6th 2016 still waiting for cashback of £55.55 on just over £500 transaction. There is a 90 day waiting period which is fine but its double that now. Still waiting for payout. Chased a few times to be told its bening processed. I wish I'd just gone for another company of I knew it was going to take this long - i would aviod and never choose M&S again

	Only use if they beat competitors price without taking cashback into account!! Bought home insurance policy in November still only at tracked status in May. Consider it a bonus if they pay out but certainly not a deal breaker.

	This is a memorable day as a Top cashback member in that an insurance company actually has paid the cashback that they rightfully owe me. I was beginning to feel that it was routine standard practice for insurance companies to reject the payment of their commitment using any one of a number of spurious excuses. Well done M&S.

	Bought insurance in April 2015 - FINALLY just got the cashback paid in OCTOBER 2015! Had to log a support ticket too! Not easy at all!

	This is the second time I've had cashback with M $& S. You do have to wait a few months but there is no problem with the tracking and payout.

	after waiting beyond 100 days transaction declined. Topcashback staff were excellent did as much as they could to give m and s details of claim. Despite proof of policy purchase, transaction still declined. Will not bother with them again.

	Purchased in April but had to submit a support ticket to get the cashback which took until the end of August to confirm and I will now have to wait a further 27 weeks for it to become payable, by which time I'll need to be renewing my home insurance again!
