	Car insurance purchase didn't track, resulting in submitting a manual claim. Finally got the money some 7 months later. As with a previous policy, they're slow, but at least for me, pay up eventually.

	Was promised £30 M&S in addition to £40 cashback. Not received. Very poor service. Cashback received but vouchers not received and have been fob off by both TopCashback and M&S, who both claim that it's the other parties responsibility to send them out.

	Nothing wrong with the product or the excellent customer service. Just the fact that 11 months after purchasing the cashback still has not been paid.

	Took out insurance in July 2013, Not tracked at all, submitted support tickets and still nothing? This merchant seems like it does not like to pay out!!!

	Car Insurance policy taken out on 26th Nov 2012. It's been over seven months and I'm still waiting for it to track... Even if the price is right, I shall not be using M&S/Aegeas again. Not one of my better experiences with TCB!

	I have been waiting over 8 months for cashback of £45 to become payable. It has been at the confirmed stage for approximately 5 months but no movement since. Help from TCB = apologies but not cash yet. It will not be long before insurance is due for renewal again, but doubt it will be with M&S.

	Good price for car insurance, better when the cashback is added (well deducted actually!!). Easy site to get round, price quoted was very close to that gleaned on the comparison sites. Paid with my M&S card which entitles me to 1000 pts, so helps the retail therapy as well. Cashback tracked promptly.

	Bought pet cover for my dog on 2nd Oct 2012 and after six months and six payments still not received my £30.30. At the time I was so pleased with the service I then purchased cover for my other dog in January this year so I'm a bit disappointed that Marks & spencer have not kept there side of the deal. I was expecting to wait a long time but not this long. Sorry M & S not good service this time

	I took out insurance thro Top cash got the docs thro no problem, then got a letter and email saying they didnt get my proof of ncd. I emailed a scan >3 times , each time they said they didnt get it. A letter arrived saying they had cancelled my policy, I rang customer services who found the emails i had sent, and re insured us by refunding then recharging my card. I havent had my purchase confirmed so probably wont get the cash back . One rouse to look out for. The company operating as M&S is in fact insurance services who also use the face of RAC and others.

	Purchased pet insurance policy end of april, tracked quickly but as of 17 December still no payment made for the cashback which is nearly 8 months on.

	Cashback tracked quickly, though took a while to pay out. Happy and would consider using again (although I usually get a new quote for car insurance each year).

	Tracked instantly but took 6 months for payment to finally materialise. I wasn't in any rush to get the cash I was just happy for it to turn up at some stage.

	Tracked very quickly on purchase of Home Insurance but then declined a few months later for no reason. Will not use again.

	I purchased home contents insurance with M&S on 6th January 2012. The transaction finally tracked after some weeks and after submitting a missing cash back claim, which was dealt efficiently by TCB. The cashback of £45.00 plus top up became payable on 28th June 2012. I received this amount a few days later. Cash back taken approx six months to be received from fate of transaction which is a bit too long. However, it is a great amount and worth the wait. I will use M&S again.

	Bought home/contents end of Jan (policy start 20 Feb). Tracked/pending next day (purchase amount £0.00, cashback £45 + topup) [Note: I use a separate browser for TopCashBack (Firefox), clear all cookies before I start, and go to no other sites during the session, not yet had a failed tracking] Forgot to note when it was 'confirmed', but then it was estimated payable 31 Aug 12. [ "Please be aware that this merchant has a 90 day validation period, which will commence from the end of the month in which the policy started".] Delighted to say it became payable end of June. You always have to wait at least 3 months for insurance cashback, often 6 months, so 4 months from start of policy is fine for me.

	As ever, a good service from M&S, although as a M&S customer already it is odd that I have to register separately for different products. one would have thought that once registered you would simply gain access to another element of their system.... Hey ho. .. Another password to remember!!

	My cashback tracked within hours. I realise I have to wait a few months for the actual money but cannot complain at the price and Which magazine recommends M&S as one of the top companies so can't be bad.
