Only 3 star applied as we didn't receive the full cashback as per the M&S topcashback offer and it took over 4 months after having to chase it up. It was a straightforward as order was for consumables so cashback should have been paid within 2-4 weeks maximum.

Often does not track correctly, especially the wines. It then takes too long to correct, leaving me wondering if I should have just used my other vouchers for the goods and not gone through TCB at all.

Consistently poor cashback. Never tracks without having to lodge missing cashback claim and then wait months for pay-out. Only make claim on principle but hardly worth the stress!
