Never Recorded cashback
I have used M and S flowers through topcash 5 times this year so far and every time i have had to raise a claim, it never records.

Stop tracking
The last 4 orders I have put in, haven't tracked, never had this problem before and don't have it with any other retailer. Not sure why. Very frustrating having to put manual claims in all the time.

Poor % & Ages to Payout!
The cashback percentage on purchases is extremely poor, and on top of it, they take forever to payout the pennies you earn! For a respected retailer such as M&S, it's very poor!

Always tracks for wrong amount
Tracks reliably and quickly BUT, and it's a big but, invariably at the wrong amount. I only use the M&S site for buying wine, which should pay 6.8% cashback. I have made four purchases and every one has tracked at 0.85% - the "general" cashback rate rather than the one for wine. That's a big difference. I have submitted claims for the transactions but no resolution some mionths down the line.

Appalling...didn't pay up. Falsely claimed that not the last channel. Complete lie. I've been on TCB for years and know the right way to receive cashback on genuine transaction. Shame on M&S

Nothing wrong with the product or service but the cashback is problematic. I have placed two orders for wine - nothing else in the order) - which should have paid 10.2% (new customer) / 6.8% (existing customer) for "food,flowers & alcohol". Both tracked at the 0.85% rate, which is supposed to be for "Clothing, home & beauty". So, It's tracked at £1.86 cashback rather than the £18.13 I should be getting - a big difference. Claims submitted for both purchases - let's see if they increase the cashback to the correct amount.
