The delivery address generator from the post code gave the correct address but at the end stage of the online purchase it changed.I discovered by goods were delivered yesterday at this wrong address but were put in a wendy house at the back of the garden.Despite the name on the door being different and my phone on the front of the bag to query.No call was received.Very angry.The delivery company was YODEL.
I will not purchase goods on line from Matalan again!!

I think all clothes from matalan are brilliant quality and are good for day to day use as are brilliant for everyday where and tare as they don't tare easily

Extremely pleased with most of the children's clothes i purchased. I reckon one has to get used to a firms sizes after seeing some items if ordering online.I returned a small proportion of a large order as i felt i should have ordered one or two styles in one size up. This didn't apply across the whole order though. Quality and value very acceptable. Service good. Had to pay postage on return, came to over £4, I think I may be refunded though if kept part of order.I need to check this out.

Received money approx 1 month afterwards - perfect - and it registered straight away!
No complaints at all - and not like most companies that make you wait 3 or more months to be able to claim your cashback, very impressed.
