DO NOT USE THIS RETAILER.
I logged a ticket claim in September after my cashback had not traced and I have now received a response saying that Matalan will not pay out due to another company claiming the cashback!

I love Matalan for quality and value, and so pleased this site works with them to offer such good rewards. My cashback tracked quickly with no problems and was paid early so I had a nice surprise to see my £8 waiting to be paid. Well done to TOP CASHBACK for bringing us such good retailers and I am happy to recommend to all.

ordered 2 items one received ok other was a substitute item which we took back to our nearest shop for a refund - make sure you have the delivery note in order to do this.

Fast to track and pay but Matalan need to make sure orders are sent out correctly and if not expect you to waste money on travelling to send item back or return to shop and they make you wait for correct item until wrong item is received back which unduly causes long waits for items while they have your money ! More annoying than serious but a big company like Matalans should have things like this sorted faster than they do !
