Not paying out Cashback.
Ordered a new mattress from mattress online but went through TopCashback.
Should have got £18 in cash back. This never appeared in my account so I filed a missing payment. Just been told by TopCashback that the cash back is not being honoured. Yet the TopCashback site still allow mattress online to advertise cash back on their site. Why???

Joke company ***Avoid***
Joke company.
Placed an order and, on the morning of delivery, I got a text to say the mattress was 'undeliverable'. Courier said there is no mattress available to deliver as supplier did not provide it. Company blamed courier for mistake, courier said the company did not supply the mattress for delivery?!. I found this out just two hours before delivery about his mess as they both blamed each other.
Mattress Online live chat said it was 'misplaced' and did nothing. AVOID
