This has been my 4th buy from them. Always good and reliable seller they are. The only thing I am a little bit cross with them is the credit check that takes longer than it should.

I would highly advise not to purchase through this company, they give false promises, you will be continuously chasing your cash back and no one takes ownership of your issues. My first cashback I had without any difficulties. Since then I have to chase for my cashback. I have had claims from the company that I have not submitted the claim even though I had proof from mobilephonesdirect on submission claiming it to be successful. My recent cashback I should have had in October and after a number of emails and resubmissions I still have not had my money even though they have sent me an email claiming I will be paid within 14 days. At times they do not acknowledge emails and simply choose to ignore! This company is a disgrace and I will never use them again and I would recommend you guys don't either!

This is definitely a con Signed up though the correct link and chose a contract that matched the requirements expecting my £70 cash back Claim was declined as they did not believe I came from this site - will never use MobilePhoneDirect again Its a shame that they are using this site to con people into using them I have claimed cashback from a lot of other partners without any problems Shame I cant do minus ratings

If you link to this company expecting cash back you will wait fever I have not received anything even though it tracked ok. I signed up for a contract through Mobile phones direct website and I'm having a problem receiving money back from their website deal itself I feel like I've been taken for a mug all round!!!

1. Samsung note 4 bought outright told in stock waited nothing rang up told 2 weeks. 2. Decided to take contract with Vodafone through mobilephonesdirect told good coverage was rubbish but phone turned up prompt. phone returned contact ended due to poor signal. 3 reordered phone told 7 days on 5th day told an extra 16 on top. This company is one of the most unprofessional I have ever ordered from there is no customer satisfaction and all of the apologies doesn't give me what I have ordered just false information. Save your self hassle if you want a contract go direct to your supplier outlet. If you want to buy a sim free Ebay or suppler or manufacture and save yourself all the hassle.

Poor chasback pending for ges and then declined as I see has happened to others - rubbish. Avoid or do not include TCB in sums when working out if their contracts are good value for you.

I was truly disgusted by a service where, almost a month after my purchase, I still have not received my phone. I must admit - I used mobile phones direct because I did like their prices which are competitive. After calling them however, I was told that my delivery could only be sent to my home, and if I was not in, it would be left at my local post office. This suited me as my local post office was nearby. They clearly hadn't delivered the instructions correctly because I was then informed my phone was at a depot somewhere completely different which was not my local post office. I asked for re-delivery to have the phone left with my neighbour -only to find my neighbour hadnt received it and the phone company claiming it wasnt there either. It has now been almost a month since I placed the order and I have tried everything but I still do not have my phone. The necessary customer representatives have not called me back and my emails are unanswered. Utterly disgusting client service

Bought 2 mobile phones in 2 seperate transactions. Neither time did I receive cashback. I lodge ticket through Topcashback. The seller stated they were not paying out due to it not being purchased through Topcashback when on both occassions it clearly was. Will not use again

Bought a Samsung Galaxy S4 in February. It was the best deal on the web that I could find. Cashback tracked within the hour and was confirmed a month or so later and paid out today. I bought from this merchant mainly for the deal and did it knowing any cash back would be a bonus (based upon the negative comments). Phone arrived promptly and I have had no issues so can't rate their customer service but that's a good thing! Thanks Topcashback and Mobile Phones Direct; can't fault either of you.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS MERCHANT BASED ON RECEIVING ANY CASHBACK !!! Firstly I placed an order in November and the phone took weeks to be delivered, even when they originally stated in stock. The customer service dept. were terrible - if you can get through - never any accurate information. With regards to the cashback amount 12 weeks is what's stated but its been SIX MONTHS and still not paid...although it has been 'confirmed for month’s' ! Sent TopCashBack tickets requesting an update, but only received automated type responses.

Made a purchase back in December, offer was great so I can have absolutely no complaints on that side. However my cash back claim has been rejected - conveniently over 100 days after the claim which is a bit of a joke. Not overly disappointed because the retailer probably saved me some £200 Vs renewing my contract directly through my network, nevertheless the cash back sucks.

Do not bother to use if you want or expect cashback been waiting 26 weeks now. They can supply phone to you next day, that part of the service is very good.

Avoid, Phone was fine but cash back was rejected due to TopCashBack apparently not being the last referrer even though i clicked through and completed the transaction using TCB, as some others have put on here they avoid paying out

So... I thought I’d give this company a try because the deals were great, the handset prices were competitive and it all seemed to good to be true. I was right. Back at the end of October, I decided to cancel my old contract and start anew. I decided to opt for EE network via mobile phones direct. The phone arrived pretty quick. After using the IPHONE 5S for a few days, the signal coverage was awful in my area, unable to even obtain a 2G signal. After numerous discussions with EE, and setting changes, they agreed it was unacceptable as I was predicted better service. They said they would accept for me to cancel my contract early, but I had to do this via mobile phones direct. This is when the trouble really started. First of all... if you call, be prepared to wait on hold for minimum 45 mins-1 hour to speak to someone, and if you email, I wouldn’t even be confident in getting a reply, let alone within the specified 24 hours. I was told to return the handset, then they would liaise with EE and cancel the contract, then I could start a new one on an alternative network. I did this (leaving me with no mobile phone or contactable number), days and days turned into weeks of waiting, and me calling and chasing the return. I was told there was no manager to approve this return and I had to wait for him to return! how unprofessional. Anyway upon their return the following week, I was told it was sorted. Yet when I called to get my PAC code, they told me they cannot give it to me because my account is active and mobile phones direct have not closed the case. Weeks and weeks passed without any answers. In the end I took matters into my own hands and literally spent hours on the phone relaying messages from EE to mobile phones direct. It turns out that the accounts department were not speaking to anyone, they were relying on emails to EE, which were being sent to the WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS?!? Turns out EE wanted to be paid some money before canceling for the first months bi
