	Poor customer service received 2p cashback despite spending months following up why they haven't paid the £30. Would not recommend using this merchant - Have had many positive experiences on topcashback but this is the only negative one so far despite providing all required information!

	I had no problems with Mobile phones direct, my phone arrived in the time stated and the cashback also appeared and is confirmed within the timescale stated. Very happy

	I wouldn't bother ordering from these. Cash back only ever tracks at 2p and when you put a claim in to tcb they state that mpd have no record of a transaction even though the cash back tracked at 2p two hours after taking out the contract. I think that tcb should get rid if mpd from their system they never pay the cash back so what's the point in them being on a cash back website !!!

	Similar review to everyone else on here namely that I purchased an 18 month, £25 per month contract expecting a total of £30 cashback. My initial order was £3.99 (the P&P of the phone) and then the £25 per month was debited by my mobile network operator. The cashback initially tracked as £0.01 but I queried and nudged this straight away. I will not be using Mobile Phones Direct to make a future online purchase!

	Had read some not so good reviews for Mobile Phones Direct, but as it was such a good offer decided just to go ahead and order. I had no problems at all, really happy with my new iPhone 4s only £26 p/m. Arrived within 48 hrs and cashback was credited to my account within the same time. Overall very happy.

	I like everyone else who has left a review regarding Mobile Phones Direct lack of cashback have experienced exactly the same, it tracks at 2p and no amount of nudging seems to make any difference. What a con!!! Why is Topcashback still allowing them on here. Come on TCB get it sorted.

	Little communication from the retailed or courier regarding actual/estimated delivery slot...not quite 24 hour as advertised.

	Don't bother - have been chasing my cashback of approx £30 for over 6 months and have now been given a 'flim flam' excuse of Top CashBack not being identified as 'the last referrer to this transaction'. This is complete rubbish (as I searched on Top Cashback before linking off to Mobile Phones Direct) and therefore I can only deduce that Mobile Phones Direct actively avoid fulfilling their obligations wherever possible and there is no recompense via TopCashBack. This deduction appears to be supported by other feedback comments. Top CashBack - the reputation of unethical companies linked to yourselves is unlikely to be good for business.

	Nearly a year of waiting for Cashback of promised £30.00. No amount of nudging seems to make any difference. Is there any point in listing them as giving Cashback when they seem to not pay out? Difficult to know how well TCB are really pushing them.

	Just received £0.01 cashback rather than the £30.30 promised. Deal was good but non-payment of CB yet again makes me join others in wondering why Top CB still recommends this merchant. Not happy.

	As many others have stated, DO NOT EXPECT TO GET ANY CASHBACK FROM THIS MERCHANT. I expected to get £30.30 back from my transaction but it only ever tracked at £0.01 and was paid as such. Have fallen foul of TCB 100 days to lodge complaint clause so it looks like I won't be getting any more than 1p. However, the person I spoke to at the company was very helpful, the contract was the cheapest I've seen and the phone arrived promptly so it wasn't all bad. I do feel ripped off though and it is unfair to state a cashback when they seem to have no intention of paying it.

	Almost a year and still tracking at £0.02. Have given up nudging Top Cashback even after complaining to them on Facebook and Twitter. It's the lack of feedback from Top Cashback that I find most frustrating.

	Still no cashback after 1 year. Poor after sales service when the product was faulty; it was easier for me to sort it out with the manufacturer directly.

	I could write the same review as the below word-for-word. Not only was the cash back refused nine months after purchase the customer service I received from mobile phones direct at the time of purchase was pretty poor too. I got a good deal on the phone and contract at least.

	Avoid!! Placed order Nov'09 and only got cashback of 1p instead of the full amount of £30. Over a year later got this message from Topcashback: Hi There, We have recently heard back regarding your missing commission claim. Unfortunately it appears that your claim could not be approved. Sorry that this has taken so long for you, we have been trying hard to get this pushed through for you but it appears that the retailer is steadfast in declining all of our submissions that they receive from us with regards to this transaction. We are very sorry about this; I do hope that any transactions you may go on to make in the future go a lot more smoothly for you. We are very sorry about this, Kind regards, Top CashBack

	Bought two phones last June so expected £60 cashback. Cashback never tracked so missing claim was filed. Heard nothing since. The service from the company was good and the deal I got for the contracts was good but if you are relying on the cashback to make the deal work for you, i wouldnt bother.

	Bought phone from them March last year, transaction never tracked, merchant contacted by top cashback shortly after, but never actually got the £30 they promised. My advice would be JUST DON'T BOTHER ORDERING FROM MOBILE PHONES DIRECT - There are plenty more fish in the pond with similar deals and much better reputation.

	Abyssmal...The only way to describe the Cashback experience with this company. After about 30-40 days it finally tracked to £30.00, rather then the £0.01 it was previously but it has now been 11 MONTHS! and I still have no actual payment.

	After receiving my phone in April, submitting two chases to topcashback, my account is still showing at 1p. I will not use www.mobiles.co.uk again as after they have made the sale they do not want to know you. Why does Topcashback take so long to write to the retailer, my second chase took a few weeks, maybe they should have a phone number to allow us to call when it goes wrong.

	It has been more almost 5 months since I have purchased my phone from this merchant. Topcashback team was kind enough to raise a claim initially to trace the transaction. The status moved from tracked to confirmed but sitting there for ages. I am losing hope that I would receive it ever at all. Hoping topcashback would look into this mater.
