	Retailer does not pay out and claims that your purchase has been tracked via a second source! Wish I had viewed other comments on this site before purchasing as they use the same tactic with everyone else. TCB should remove them from their site. Free gift with contract also did not appear and had to chase them on multiple occasions before receiving.

	I too experinced very poor response wrt cashback claim. After claiming missed cashback the vendor is claiming that I used some other 2nd party service. This 100% is not the case!

	As per Dishi's comments in July, I too experinced very poor response wrt cashback claim. After claiming missed cashback the vendor is claiming that I used some other 2nd party service. This 100% cannot be the case!. I used my works PC and network to compare various mobile contracts and used my home PC and home network to complete the purchase through Topcashback. This is why I am certain that there was no 2nd party search engines etc used in the click through to the vendor. Also had issues with their customer service dept wrt tracking the free gift that came with the contract. Eventually received the gift 2 months later than they advertised, after many a call from myself and numerous broken promises from the vendor. Terrible vendor, avoid at all costs!

	Agree completely with previous review, don't expect any cash back from this merchant. Even though I was very careful with their rules nothing forthcoming. Either their systems do not work or they are not playing ball!

	Don't use - never received cashback and ever though I used a different browser, with cookies etc all cleared before use they still used the get out "Another marketing channel was credited with the sale" - an appalling scam.

	Waste if time for cashback. Said it would track at 1p initially then increase to £15.15 once phone delivered and contract started. This hasn't happened and has gone to payable at 1p!! At least the contract & phone were a good price.

	Nothing wrong with the phone and the deal offered on it, but the cashback hasn't tracked and I've had to raise a claim. Based on other comments, I fear the worst.

	Pre-ordered new Mobile (3 weeks in advance). No communication post the expected delivery date, chased merchant who advised they should get some the following week hopefully. (An email about an existing order costs nothing). This was despite the fact there website was offering the phone for next day delivery. Cashback should have been £15.50 - they are refusing to pay this "Another marketing channel was credited with the sale" - total rubbish - I've been using TopCashBack for years, I know exactly what I'm doing and by them denying TopCashBack the information with regards who the 'other marketing channel' is - they are basically robbing me of the earn't cashback. Will never use them again. This is happening more and more with cashback offers, I think retailers are using TopCashBack for referalls and just trying to duck out of paying.

	In my previous comments, I left 5 stars for Top Cashback service who did their job of chasing this awful merchant and not for the merchant themselves. I have now given 1 star for the merchant to provide the actual story. I supposed to be getting £15+ cashback and they are making excuses that I did not use Top Cashback for this purchase. Silly excuse, but what you can expect. DON'T buy from this merchant ever.

	Awful Merchant. I clicked on Top Cashback link and completed my purchase in single visit. I didn't see any cashback appearing on my account so raised it later. Now, this merchant is claiming that I used some other sales service and they have paid them for that. During the whole purchase I did not even went on any other webpage. They are clearly making excuses for not to pay me my cashback which they promise to their customer. I called their customer service and waited for more than an hour with no luck. Awful merchant, worst ever customer service (actually no cust service at all) and worst experience ever with any purchase I have made in my life. NEVER EVER USING THIS MERCHANT AGAIN.

	Same as so many others have commented here: "another marketing channel was credited with the sale". I haven't had problems with any other cashback offers, just this merchant. The phone was great, the contract price was great, but NO CASHBACK :-(

	Unfortunately like others posted here, it seems like Mobile Phones Direct (MPD) do not pay out cashback for new contracts. I was expecting £15 however MPD indicated that I bought the phone through another channel which is rubbish because I cleared all cookies before visiting the TCB or MPD site. Anyway glad I got the best contract deal for my phone just wished I'd got some cashback as a bit of a bonus.

	Product arrived 48 hours after the stated next day delivery. No joy with cashback 2 months down line. Topcashback clearly aware of this scandal but not willing to do anything about. Several "nuidges" on and still no reply. +++++DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR CASHBACK+++++ Hands up anyone who has received promised cashback? No thought not..

	Purchased contract phone with them and was expecting £15 cashback. Well in the end I got 'Another marketing channel was credited with the sale', which meant I was declined, because of apparently not going through topcashback, which I most definitely did go through. If you want a good contract deal then by all means purchase through them, because they do have the best contract deals, only remember its most likely you won't get your cashback, like myself.

	Hi Again, I am another member that have used mobilephonesdirect and they have wormed their way out of giving me any cash back. They claim that I did not use tab to track the purchase, even though tab had history when I submitted the claim. Unless I get a resolution, I will anyone on top cash back to avoid this site, or I am being told by others that I should have used quid co Sort them out top cash back

	Phone and contract were fine, not problems there. However, cashback has been declined after a claim, with no specific reason why. I am always careful when I click through to a merchant that I do not get cookies mixed up so very much doubt that caused it. Most likely they just don't want to pay out.

	Don't order with mod expecting the full amount of cashback tracked at £0.02 and when I logged a miss tracked cashback the merchant fused to honour the cashback as the were unable to prove that I have qualified for the offer even though top cash back confirmed that it was. It's about time top cash back drop this site as nobody gets the £30 cashback that they expect!!!

	Purchased a phone 17th Sept on Contract & should have received £30 cashback. To date only recieved £0.02p I complied with the cop-out clauses mentioned by other Customers & ensured that I only visited Mechant via TopCashback. Lodged a Cashback Claim on 12th October - so well within the 100 days limit. Still Waiting TopCashback should drop this Merchant because their offer is not genuine as so many people don't receive Cashback. Their pricing was good, and delivery ok (2 days late - not 24 hours) - But they should not benefit from referrals that they will not honour
