	Absolute scam, bought the phone with the idea I would be getting £60 off via Top Cash Back and as of yet, seen absolutely nothing. Lodged a claim almost 2 months ago and guess what? Nothing. Unless I see something back I will NOT be using this website again. Bad enough that they decide to skim £5 off you without your knowledge and do nothing to help you with the cashback claim. How could I not have a claim when I bought the phone VIA THIS WEBSITE. Disgraceful service.

	Do NOT expect cashback. I chose this company i found on top cashback (never heard of them before) expecting i would get £30 cashback on a contract phone. Cleared my history etc before i went through from topcashback to them. I purchased my contract phone but after a couple of weeks my cashback had not been logged so i raised a claim, now i have been told that mobiles.co.uk have declined my claim and basically there is nothing else i can do. Complete rip off!

	Verified transaction but like many others it has been marked as ineligible even though it is. Topcashback should remove this merchants, just look at all the other reviews.

	Awful, cashback was declined even though I used the site correctly, used no codes, on submitting missing cashback it was declined. I have all confirmations and has put me off using mobiles.co.uk again or recommend them to anyone

	Unfairly rejected my claim. There was no reason for them to do so, my order with them via TCB was legit. No specific reason given to me either. Poor customer service. I will be avoiding this company in future.

	Bought three separate pay monthly contracts from them for my family over a few months and only received cashback on one. Put in a claim but after months and months they took the easy option and just said no cashback payable.

	AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! We've used them few times over the years (not sure why) and every single time we had some issues. As some say when something is cheaper than everywhere else there must be a reason for that. In case of Mobiles.co.uk it's their awful customer service and their misleading adverts... The cashback they offer requires constant chasing and should you miss the deadline for sending back a copy of paid bill, you loose your cashback for that period of time. When you consider the time spent on chasing them up, etc it is hardly worth bother and this seems to be exactly what they want you to do, give up on the cashback... On another occasion they advertised a 1 month rolling SIM-only contract with £10 automatic cashback which then turned out to be a one off. Also as the cashback was advertised to be 60 days delayed I didn't even realised that anything was wrong until I was 3 months into the contract and I received only 1 cheque! The funny thing is that they are still advertising it on their website and it still is as baffling as it was when I got tricked into it... Finally, we went for a phone upgrade through Mobiles.co.uk and used Quidco to get some cashback. After few months of waiting for the payment Mobiles simply refused the cashback and never explained their reasons for that! My advice: go to someone else and AVOID MOBILES.CO.UK LIKE THE PLAGUE! Edit
