	I purchased this policy in Aug 2012. Still haven't received the cashback even though I submitted my claim query back in November. This company should be withdrawn from top cashback based on the reviews on here. I feel I have been misled.

	A massive con, cashback tracks at £0.00 and never comes back even though Top Cashback promised resolution to a known problem. Average product and terrible behavior that should be addressed by Top Cashback. Quidco is looking more favourable with every purchase.

	Bought pet insurance in November due to offer of £70 cashback. Cashback initially tracked fine,but now shows payable at £0. Raised a missing cashback claim and still waiting for the merchant to respond 8 months later.rubbish. I won't be bothering with MoreThan again.

	RUBBISH!! Took out a legitimate policy - initially cash back tracked, but then went to zero...put in a claim and after a long wait, MoreThan refuse to pay out because the order was "cancelled or returned" ... yet I'm paying the direct debit monthly and the policy is still in place. Think the cashback is a bit of a con to just get the business! wouldn't trust them. Look for the best insurance policy and forget about the cashback!! Not too impressed with TCB for just giving me standard message back!

	Tracked, Paid for, lo and behold, not honoured. TCB response was 'well, we tried but yeah, they're not going to honour it, it happens a lot'! See below! "This transaction has been tracked successfully We are sorry that we have not been able to recover anything for you on this occasion. I’m afraid that the simple nature of claims (in the way that the matter has had to come this far) means that the odds are always against us in getting anything recovered for you, and a lot of the time we are unsuccessful in doing so. I hope that any transactions you go on to make in the future go a lot more smoothly for you. Kind regards, TopCashback Support." Great! Last time I do business with More Than, or expect customer services here to be proactive! £70.70 down the drain! Worse still, More than are still claiming to offer this cashback to new customers!?????

	Only took 12 MONTHS to receive cashback from More Than. Only 1 week to go on the Insurance Policy. Won't be using them again.

	Do not purchase policy based on cash back as you will not get it. Maybe we should all get together to tackle top cash back about this.

	Bought 2 separate insurances for my dogs mid 2012. Neither have tracked, and my claim has been sitting with the merchant for months now. I'm aware there have been issues but this is not the service I would expect for such an established company.

	Switched over to More than and bought 4 policies. 2 tracked and were paid within a couple of months but I've had to raise 2 claims. Its a pain that they are put on ice :/ Either way, the service offered by More Than is great and I may be more than willing to renew next year with them. I'll let you know how the 2 claims go!

	Twice now we have had our cashback not track and magically 'disappear' from our top cashback account despite follow ups. Wouldnt use again.

	Do not be fooled by the high cash back amount offered by this company. TCB are still chasing £45.00 on my behalf nearly 12 months after I took out a policy with them. I shall be starting legal proceedings imminently if the cash back is not forthcoming.

	DO NOT USE THIS MERCHANT!!!! What a bunch of scammers - I took out policies for my two cats because of the £70 on offer for each new policy. I guess it proves the old adage 'if it looks too good to be true, it probably is!' Cashback tracked within days but then suddenly disappeared from my account - lodged claim with tcb but it has been put 'on ice' until April. I most certainly will not be renewing my policy with MoreThan!

	Bought policy in Feb 12 lodged missing cashback in April and still no sign of tracking 1 year after policy purchased.Sent several nudges to TCB but no reply. Won`t be purchasing an insurance policy from them again. I wouldn`t advise to purchase a policy purely for the cashback as we did.

	Cash back did not track and claim left on ice for three months. The cash back offered was a significant reason for using this policy. I will not be renewing.

	Purchased a policy for my cat in March 2012, still not tracked desptie submitting a top cashback claim and several nudges. Do not use this merchant expecting to receive cash back. Top Cashback should refuse to work with them as it reflects on them as a company. Avoid this company.
