	Polict taken out Feb 2012 and still awaiting cashback despite numerous nudges and messages to Top Cashback. Will not be renewing my insurance on principle!

	Purchased pet insurance in March - nothing has tracked and no cash back. I knew it would take a while to come through which is fine but now I don't expect to get anything even though I have lodged a claim on this and given several nudges! Not very impressed but at least the policy was cheap so thats what counts I guess.

	My policy is coming up for the twelve month renewal and my cashback has still not tracked. TC has submitted my claim to the merchant twice and they still aren't responding. I will definitely not be renewing my policy, especially considering the excess and the fact it doesn't cover dental treatment.

	bought pet insurance in APril, had to raise a ticket as wasnt tracked, am still waiting for it to appear and have been told it could be another 5 months before i hear anything. Wont use them again

	Further to my previous comment have now been sent a message Merchant needs more info.. Quote number. Sorry but I have given you the policy number it was done through topcashback looks like my claim is going to fail. So will get rid of policy and go elsewhere really really poor

	bought insurance in december 2011, cashback never tracked, lodged a claim which is still sitting there with "Waiting for merchant". Not impressed.

	Signed up for product months ago - late last year. Product excess is high and a lot of clauses! Usually delays with cash back. Over the last month had some activity but cash back declined saying item wasn't purchased (it was and all tracking cookies cleared prior to submission). Contacted topcashback a couple of times but they said can't do anything else? Anyway, go elsewhere for pet insurance (for better policy) - only upside was the cash back which would have reduced premiums. Not recommended - avoid to save some cash!

	I went for this insurance and accepted in Feb 2012. The insurance tracked in my account but still shows more than £0.00. It's getting so frustrating now.

	Cashback didn't track which seems to be a common complaint awaiting £45 which is on ice until 18th July not holding out much hope reading these comments...

	Looked like a fantastic offer, but don't they say if it looks too good to be true it probably is? Well More Than more than lived up to this. Took months of chasing Top Cashback & have finally found out today they are going to pay the £55. Avoid this offer like the plague unless you're prepared to wait forever to get paid. .....looking for a policy elsewhere as soon as I've got the cash off them!

	Took out a policy for my cat in Nov 2011, it is now May 2012 and still no cashback, it doesnt even show up on my transactions. I had to wait until Feb 2012 to lodge a claim - and Im still waiting! Ridiculous! I took out the policy based on the £65 cashback promise, as soon as I find a comparable policy Im cancelling this one, they promise money to you but have no intention of paying it.

	6 months later, and I am still waiting on the cashback! not impressed - have lodged a claim with topcashback, and its taking ages to get a response - I would not purchase this for the cashback!!

	Received cashback in August 2011. Tracked status changed to confirmed in December 2011, expecting payable by end of December 2011. 2 days prior to the end of December transaction disappeared. Contacted Topcashback who reported an unfortunate system error - advised to log a 'Missing' claim - during the process a banner stating that MoreThan had experienced an issue and it was known about. Still waiting... Basically not happy with the handling on this one; if it's a system error, the onus should be on that party to rectify ASAP. It's been almost 4 months since I should have had this payable. My advice - be wary - not saying this is one of the cases as it's not been resolved yet but some vendors are on here to purely drum up new business and get referrals, not to honor the reward scheme.

	Have been waiting six months and counting... still no sign or acknowledgement of my £55 cashback for our pet insurance - which is still active in case you were wondering! Poor, would not recommend this for cashback

	Bought the insurance in October 2011 and it didn't track. Submitted the claim and it has sat at "waiting for retailer" ever since. Even if More Than is the cheapest at renewal I will not choose them. Very poor.

	Of about 10 purchases made through top cash back, more than is the only merchant to not give cash back as promised. Bought the pet insurance policy in september 2011 and still waiting for the case to be resolved in march 2012. AVOID MORE THAN,and go with a better company.

	I bought this pet insurance in september and was due to get £55. It is now showing as zero. I now can't submit a claim with top cash back as it is over 100 days old. I can't get in touch with top cash back for them to persue this either. More than are happily taking my money every month but won't give me the payment I'm entitled to. Avoid as you won't get anything from top cash back or more than

	Took out pet insurance policy in August 2011, the cashback became payable at £0!!!Topcashback got onto them and it then showed as tracking...but i am still waiting for my £50 6months later.Avoid like the plague!

	i received my cashback quickly and without fuss, all cashback on insurances take a couple of months to become payable, but its money for nothing so be patient but i have used more than for 2 years now and when my dog had testicular cancer this year it was all hassle free they paid out quickly direct to my vet xx
