Have to agree with below. Completely discounted this from my list of possibilities due to the £50 + 10% of vets bill excess. Only reason we have pet insurance is for the big bills and a 2K bill will cost an excess of nearly £250! Back to the drawing board.

Looked a good cashback deal at £65 until I read the comments about how long it took to get it. Got a pretty good quote until I read the small print and as well as an excess you have to pay 10% of the vets bill even for dogs under 7 years old. Appears to be good cashback until you realise that 1 vets visit could easily wipe it out (if you ever get the cashback at all). Nothing to do with TCB but will get pooches insurance from a provider where I know I only have to pay an excess and no more.
