	Don't bother I have used this service twice and both times the transaction cash back has been declined.

	Three times I have used this company, in preference over other delivery services, as they offered cheaper service with the cashback. My first two cashback claims have now been declined, and reading the other reviews, I expect my third to be declined too! TopCashBack - please drop this company ASAP. They are giving your wonderful service a bad name!

	DO NOT PUT MONEY INTO YOUR ACCOUNT ON THEIR WEBSITE. THEY PUT THEIR PRICES UP THE NEXT DAY & REFUSE TO ALLOW YOU TO TAKE ANY MONEY OUT. GO DIRECT VIA HERMES, THEY ARE MUCH CHEAPER

	Cashback declined on 3 separate occasions. I certainly won't be using them again, and suggest they be removed from TCB, as they are non-payers. Better to go direct to MyParcel.com.

	They always decline cashback. They are one of those companies that just advertise on here and other sites but never honour cashback. I used the own branded european service. It uses hermes to send to the depot of the service that will send onwards. In my cases it was DPD. The DPD part is fast and reliable and gets delivered in a day or 2 when in their hands. The problem is the hermes part can take up to 12 days. The first time it was misrouted before finally getting to DPD. The next time it was not lost but still took 5 days to get to them. Once everything is taken into consideration i have to conclude i only use it because i can drop of the package when i am free to a hermes drop off point instead of waiting all day for most other courier services.

	Would never use this site again! 2 no show pick ups, customer service lines close before the last picked up time which is not very helpful! Waited over 4 weeks to sort out the service and a refund. Customer service very poor and unhelpful. I wouldn't waste your time with this company as so many other services out there that offer a much better service for the same price or cheaper.

	Really annoyed, used them for the first time and the cashback has been declined! TopCashBack, REMOVE them as this is not the first time! Scammers!

	This is fake, they do not want to pay cashback, they only lure customers to their website! Do not use them! My parcel was not delivered, the tracking was a lie, too, saying that the parcel was attempted to be delivered, however, recipient was home all day, noone attempted anything, not even call her! (Why the phone number then??) Partner's order was not even tracked.. We will definitely never use this company again!!

	As in other reviews my cashback was declined for no apparent reason. Service is good but if you want cashback then there are other suppliers better than myParcel.

	All my cashbacks have been declined. I used them on TopCashBack as it had a good rating. After being declined I read that most are happy with the provider but they rarely pay cashback. Why give 5 stars this is about cashback not how good the retailer is at delivering parcels. THEY SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM TOPCASHBACK AS THEY ARE A DIGRACE TO THE WHOLE IDEAL. Please make it clear the quality of companies to honer the cashback not the service quality. Wake up Cash back team, they are getting FREE advertising and leads from you and then fail to pay for this.

	Cashback declined for no apparent reason! Ridiculous. TCB should ban this merchant because they clearly have no intention whatsoever of paying out. AVOID!
