Just don't use them.
I am still waiting for my daughter's Christmas present to arrive in South Africa, due to arrive Dec 22nd - Still waiting Jan 4th.
The problem is that MyParcelDelivery get between you and the courier, so when there is a problem with the delivery you have no hope.
Getting in touch with MPD was impossible - I even tried tried tracking down the directors via their marketing business. The only details TNT had were from MPD and they do not reply.
Also the price quoted for the delivery by MPD and TNT doubled by customs. You can excuse the public for not knowing the import taxes, but surely an international courier company should have an idea.
BTW one significant delay was the documentation supplied by MPD as it was not enough for customs and when TNT raised it back of course MPD acted as a large black whole.
Anyway - be warned.

in the uk it cost me 0,88p to post a small item locally i was considering using this service,so to compare cost using the recite got when posting my other item i put in the satistics and shockingly it would have cost me £3.33 to use this service just for some one to collect the parcel, i guess its good for bulky items but for smaller its better to walk to the post office if you are able, ide rate though brilliant if you have no one to go for you to post office free for you or you have no family or friends and your house bound,

This is the first time I have used this retailer and it won't be the last. The 'ordering' process was so quick and easy and the cashback tracked almost immediately. An excellent rate of cashback too, I may add. The parcel was collected from my home the following day from placing my order and was received at the destination (the other end of the country) within 24 hours. No problems whatsoever.

Great! Tracked pretty much straight away! Just waiting for it to become payable now! As for my experience using the service, it was quick and easy and i had no hassle with them picking up the parcel and delivering it! Would use again!
