This is probably the worst online delivery service I have never used (and I've tried many different ones). Failed to collect the parcel twice!! First time they said it was "postcode error" which turned out to be "driver error" (??). The only means of contacting customer service is through "Online chat" where you have to wait up to 40 mins for anyone to speak to you even though they indicated there were only 3 people in the queue. It was 5.30 pm, and although the parcel could be collected up to 6 pm, their customer service "Live chat" closed at 5 pm so there's no way of finding out of the parcel will be collected. So the parcel was late, resulting in me having to refund the purchaser and potentially a negative review from the purchaser. WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS SITE AGAIN!

They make you wait ages to credit the cashback and then cancel it when you can't do anythng. Do not use these burglars!

Extremely unreliable. CityLink failed to pick up - twice! It seems if they can't be bothered to pick your parcel up, they just record that they 'attempted' a pick up anyway. Two times I had to organize a day off but they didn't turn up. Emailed customer support on Friday morning and I have no response even though it's Monday. They have an form on the website that allows you to rebook a failed pick up - this obviously means that it happens so often they decided to streamline the process! Avoid this service unless you don't mind when your parcel is picked up or delivered. Use a service that has a phone number you can call at least!

Appalling. The courier they booked damaged my parcel , and the claims process took more than six months to complete... Not because of the courier, but because they lost my claim TWICE and then took more than six weeks to send me a cheque once the claim had been settled. They don't respond to emails, even through their own customer service ticket system. Avoid.

I would not recommend this merchant. Don't rely on them if your parcel is urgent. Not only did I NOT receive any cashback from them, they DID NOT TURN UP on the day they were supposed to collect a parcel. I made a booking on a Friday for a collection the following Monday. I waited in all day. MyParcelDelivery don't provide telephone no's so you have to message via webchat or email. I called via webchat and nobody answered, so I left an email and nobody answered that either. Next day, still nobody answered, so I left another email asking if staff had darted off early or something (yeah, I know what happens in these places). Finally got an email 2 days later (on Wednesday) from somebody saying I'd get a refund (where's the apology?) - but wait, not an immediate refund for a cr*p service they failed to provide - I'd have to wait 10 working days!! The cheek of it. Then, to cap it all, some bloke calls me on Thursday about collecting the parcel. For the love of God - its already been taken to the post office, delivered and received by then!! Thanks MyParcelDelivery - for nothing. The moral of the story? Don't book on a Friday (your order will be forgotten about), or better still, don't book with them at all. BTW, I still haven't got my refund.

Transaction set up and executed very smoothly. They provided the order to Hermes who picked up and delivered as promised. Will definitely use them again - and much cheaper and more convenient than Royal Mail.

This company does State "New Customer Online Purchase" but I just wanted to say dont let this put you off using them more than once. Not all the cashback does make it over to payable but some does get through so if you are happy with the service and prices as I am then worth a shot at getting a few extra pennies too. I've had over £5 with them and will continue to use.

I have had 2 claims rejected saying I wasnt a new customer but returning. I have only used them twice but see others on here are saying they have received numerous cashbacks so pretty annoyed - might only be a small amount of money but with the cashback the price quoted made it good. service online was good to use but a bit deceitful to refuse the cashback and suggest others check they actually have had it before saying yay

Not good at all. Tried to send two parcels through them. Neither collection turned up. When i could get in contact with them (the next day as they close early). I was asked for order number which i gave(i gave both), i was then told they could not look into it as they had accidentally deleted the 1st order. (In my opinion this likely means no collection was ever booked). And that i should order (and pay) again through the website. After half an hour of so with they customer service they finally agreed to refund me in 3-5 days time.

So far so good with this merchant, I've used 4 times now, am finding them cheaper than some of the other companies even without the cashback. Cashback is all tracking, steadily moving along and one of them is already payable. Well worth a look if you are selling on ebay, I've been using the 3-4 day Hermes service and with good results.

Cashback tracked quickly then was declined by the merchant, with the reason stated as "no commission due as this was a returning customer and commission only due on new customers". This is not stated in the small print and so I will not be using this service again.

avoid! booked and paid correctly, received an information ‘Your payment has been accepted but your booking is pending verification’. Someone rang me in the morning just to say everything’s fine and to say I should get an email from them which i never got. Gave him another email address, to try to send that email again. never received any of those. he meant to ring me in 10 mins to make sure I got emails, 5 days on and still waiting. My parcel meant to be collected on Monday, spent the whole day waiting but no one turned up. Found out on the website you can reschedule it for the next day, done it and the same again – no one turned up on Tuesday either. Getting in touch with anyone was impossible, there was no phone numbers, the chat they have on their website couldn’t be used as ‘there was no one available to chat’. Sent an offline msg, no answer. Had to try to chase the courier, but they didn’t want to help as I booked via mpd. Finally managed to sort it out with courier, won’t use mpd again And – just one more detail – my transaction didn’t track. rubbish

Although this tracked quickly I had a bad experience with the retailer. Although this may not have been their fault and down to the courier, as you can not contact MyParcelDelivery after 5 wasn't much use. I had a parcel that needed to be at its destination on a Friday or else it was useless. Used the site to book CityLink (not good I know!)at 7pm on the Weds for collection on the Thursday and next day delivery. Paid the money and guess what - CityLink did not turn up! Couldn't get a response from MPD until lunch time when they just said they had rescheduled collection but didn't know when the parcel would be delivered! Had explained it needed to be there that particular day which is what I paid extra for. Asked for a refund because their site of the contract was broken, drove the parcel up myself! Yet to see if the refund arrives. Won't use again myself, but appreciate the site may work well for others.
