Received cash back with NCP previously, but this last time it was declined and I’ve no idea why. Judging by other reviews they seem to be hit and miss for paying out. Not impressed, but their parking was still handy for the airport.

Unreliable merchant. We booked and paid in March 2017 for parking in June 2017. All went smoothly with the booking, we parked successfully with no problems. NCP's response to missing cashback claim? - order cancelled! will not use NCP for advance booking again

Been declined twice, but never had problem with any other cashback. I did everything correctly - cookies tracked, no blockers, clean route from the link here to their website and booked immediately. They still declined. Don't trust them, they're using this for free advertising.

Declined without reason, as usual. Never take parking with this company on the basis of cashback, they are the most reluctant to pay up of all the many, many companies I have happily had cashback from with ease.

Have had my first cashback claim under query for months now. Now the second claim has been declined and due to them decling after 90 days, I can't even put in a claim. Will still use NCP for parking but won't go to the bother of using this site first.

Had to raise a claim, to get confirmation of payment due, but now its showing as pending. Unfortunately since December 2017. Not good enough NCP!
