Awful company to try to use for cashback. Takes months to respond to claims and then, when they finally get around to it, apply the wrong cashback amounts or wrongly deny legitimate claims when the correct procedure is followed and the correct information is submitted. Not worth the time or effort to deal with this awful company. ZERO stars is a true reflection.

Had 2 cashback claims rejected after initially tracking. They didn't even honour the cashback rate. They finally rejected the claims stating "Airport Bookings". Of course they were Airport Bookings - that is what they were offering cashback on!! Beware
