I spent nearly £200 on lighting with Next as i knew they were on TopCashBack but my claim has been denied as i am an existing customer (although this purchase was paid for directly and didn't go onto my Next card). Very, very disappointed.

Very disappointing. Transaction failed to track and was a significant purchase. Contacted Topcashback Customer Services but nothing has progressed - it's several months since the transaction but still nothing has happened.
