They can put whatever % they fancy to attract sales but despite buying hundred of pounds of goods and going through the cash back procedure ordering and payment, l am unaware of ever getting a payout whatsoever.

Do not believe the hype. I spent over £1800 with Next on furniture via cashback and they took 2 months to decide they didnt want to pay me any cash back. Absolute scam!
