It’s fair to say feedback left by TopCashback members who have shopped with O2 through us is mixed. However, having said that, you will be able to read many positive O2 reviews below. There are plenty of people who have clearly been pleased with how quickly they received their cashback, with one saying: “Cashback payable to my account was bang on time — brilliant service.”

Others clearly share those sentiments, with similar comments including “tracked and paid within a month”, “really easy transaction and decent cashback rate” and “tracked quickly and paid out fast”. Our members have also praised O2 for the service they provide, with comments including “super quick and efficient service” and “brilliant — very helpful customer service”. The O2 review feedback on Trustpilot is also mixed, but there are some fantastic reviews.

One stated: “Absolutely brilliant company. The My O2 app is so easy to check your upcoming bill and offers.” Another happy customer said: “I think O2 is brilliant. Took out a contract in August with the promise of £95 cash back & faster paying merchant. The cashback in still pending at the end of November really not impressed.

i have earnt over £2000 on top cashback i love it but O2 are the slowest i have ever seen, 5 purchase all took over 8 months to even be confirmed. painfully slow and poor service. shame they let top cashback down.

Pretty much the same as other reviews on here. Claim was put 'on ice' for 180 days, then told that the claim had been declined as too old. Tcb looking into it. 5 stars so default review readers can see this review at the top!

Purchased an o2 contract via TopCashback. Initially told the claim was 'put on ice' by o2 for 180 days. After the 180 days, I have been told that the cash back claim has been declined by o2 and the reason given was that the claim was 'too old'!!!

Appalling - not sure if its TC or O2, but its hardly "Faster Paying". Opened a dispute and was told O2 don't do anything for six months for Pay Monthly. Contract started 12 Jan and is still "pending", when I see other people saying fast payment etc. Joke.

rubbish! experienced TCB user, followed all the rules and terms to the letter, and my claim has tracked in correctly. Got TCB involved and after 4 months they cant get it back as thge merchant has declined! stay well away from these guys, use another network who do pay up

6 months have now elapsed and still my claim with O2 has not been paid despite emails back and forth. TCB always answer emails, and kindly - but that is not the same as putting things right. I have no idea who is at fault, whether TCB or O2, but the experience has left me feeling completely dejected and upset. I just hope someone at TCB, or O2, reads this and does the right thing - which is caring for customers who have, after all, invested, and put their trust, in them.

I cant fault the network i reckon it's the best network around, i ordered a simcard for free topped up £10 cashback tracked as £0.00 it was supposed to go up to £10 cashback however that was on 12th july 2015 it has sat as £0.00 since and it's too late to chase it now as it was only a temporary number.
