It’s fair to say feedback left by TopCashback members who have shopped with O2 through us is mixed. However, having said that, you will be able to read many positive O2 reviews below. There are plenty of people who have clearly been pleased with how quickly they received their cashback, with one saying: “Cashback payable to my account was bang on time — brilliant service.”

Others clearly share those sentiments, with similar comments including “tracked and paid within a month”, “really easy transaction and decent cashback rate” and “tracked quickly and paid out fast”. Our members have also praised O2 for the service they provide, with comments including “super quick and efficient service” and “brilliant — very helpful customer service”. The O2 review feedback on Trustpilot is also mixed, but there are some fantastic reviews.

One stated: “Absolutely brilliant company. The My O2 app is so easy to check your upcoming bill and offers.” Another happy customer said: “I think O2 is brilliant. Cashback tracked immediately after purchase. However, that was five months ago and still no sign of cashback progressing to payable - despite emailing TopCashback 3 times now :-(

Great level of cash back and an easy transaction, although I had to chase for it to be confirmed after 6 months. Once chased though it came through within a couple of weeks.

not good at all been waiting for 1 transaction since october 2015 still pending and not yet paid out, and now awaiting 2nd transaction thats now been about 14 weeks still not even pending god knows how long i will be waiting for payout, 115.00 in total never again o2.

its easy to apply for the cashback but getting it to become payable is getting ridiculous, read the reviews about quick payouts but i have been waiting since 24th of october 2015 for o2 payout its now 23rd of march contacted topcashback who told me there sorry for the wait but my payment could be in next batch sent from o2 could i wait another 4 weeks before i complain again estimated cashback 13 weeks.

O2 tracked order from Feb 2015 until November 2015 then it disappeared from my earnings. Lodged missing claim via topcashback and it was thereafter resolved and paid out!! Thanks topcashback!!

I have been waiting since June 2015 for my cashback. It has moved in to confirmed however this has been like this for 2 months! I have contacted both parties and it seems that no one can speed this up...

I purchased an Iphone last year and was to receive £129.00 cash back...... they then cancelled the order but to the fact I was due so much in cashback and later tried to make me purchase the phone without receing this money bck.... Took upto 9 months for the money to be taken off my account as pending
