It’s fair to say feedback left by TopCashback members who have shopped with O2 through us is mixed. However, having said that, you will be able to read many positive O2 reviews below. Bought 2 phones through O2, and was expecting £294.00 in total for cashback. That was 4 months ago and still it hasn't been paid. TopCashback customer service are pretty useless too. Avoid.

My £80.80 cashback has been in pending since april 2015. It's now november i've just checked now and the amount has completely disappeared from my earnings. I still have the contract so taken this up with topcashback, hope they can help. Really wouldn't recommend o2 for cashback tracking correctly or efficiently.

Terrible experience with o2 have been waiting for my cashback months. took out my contract in february and still have not paid out, what are they playing at !!! Never had this problem with other merchants. Ill soon be heading for a year having to wait the rate im going , terrible !!!!

Shopping on the O2 store was easy and straight forward. The cashback offers were clear and I was able to select the best deal. I received my cashback on the payout date that was confirmed. All in all I am very happy with the service.

i took out a contract in february of this year, still my payment is pending. I am rather annoyed at this and in future wont be taking a contract out with them. I would avoid and take my custom elsewhere in future. i dont even think there going to pay me my cashback. never had this problem with any other company untill now.

Finally, 8 months after taking contract out, cashback has moved to confirmed. I hope it doesnt take another 8 months to progress to payable. An unacceptably long time to wait for cashback.

I've been waiting 28 weeks (from 7 December 2014) now for O2 cashback to progress to confirmed, never mind become payable. I have messaged TCB many times about this as the estimated payable time is 13 weeks. Basically, I get told when they receive it, I will. Am not convinced TCB are actively chasing this

Absolute con: "After looking into your claim further for you, I am sorry to tell you that your claim has been declined as the network has not identified ourselves as the last referral to the merchant’s site and this transaction." I am meticulous when buying through Topcashback, this is a blatant way to avoid paying and Topcashback should blackball O2 as a merchant. Do not expect a payout from O2.

On two occasions I have purchased from O2 via TCB and on both occasions my cashback was declined without reason given. That's it for me with O2 (24th month contract) , I did everything you were meant to do. The cashback was pending for six months and then went off the screen.

***AVOID*** Took out a new SIMO contract back in December with cashbach expected of £60 which tracked immediately, however later the amount changed to £0.00. Opened a claim which after a couple of months was responded to by O2 stating they would not be paying the cashback (no reason given). I will be taking my custom elsewhere in future! Very shoddy service for a big provider (I have been with O2 over 15 years too) Very disappointed

Absolutely terrible service. Took out a quite expensive contract back in November 2014. It's now April 2015 and I'm still waiting for over £100 cashback. Contacted Topcashback numerous times always to be told that they haven't received it yet from O2. No one is taking ownership of this or escalating the problem and I feel I was missold the contract. Will not be using Topcashback or O2 again. V dissapointed in the service. To add insult to injury I've just had to give them one star before I could leave this review. Amazingly incompetent.

Sent a claim form which has now been 'declined by merchant' with no reason given. Very poor show from O2 and will be taking my contract elsewhere at the end of Feb. Totally shocking service from a big provider (I have 15 years loyalty with them too!)

It started off as £168.00 Cashback, Then it was reduced to £84.00, then it was lowered again to £42.00!! On top of that it has taken 7 months to become payable.
