It’s fair to say feedback left by TopCashback members who have shopped with O2 through us is mixed. However, having said that, you will be able to read many positive O2 reviews below. There are plenty of people who have clearly been pleased with how quickly they received their cashback, with one saying: “Cashback payable to my account was bang on time — brilliant service.”

Others clearly share those sentiments, with similar comments including “tracked and paid within a month”, “really easy transaction and decent cashback rate” and “tracked quickly and paid out fast”. The O2 review feedback on Trustpilot is also mixed, but there are some fantastic reviews.

One stated: “Absolutely brilliant company. The My O2 app is so easy to check your upcoming bill and offers.” Another happy customer said: “I think O2 is brilliant. Appaling experience. The cashback tracked at £0 instead of £126. Raised a claim over three months ago and still haven't heard anything. Don't bother!!!

Tracked correctly, than changed to payable at 0.00 within 2 weeks. TCB haven't bothered to even look at the cashback claim as its stuck on waiting for TCB to respond.

Although cashback failed to materialise and progressed to 0, after lodging a claim it was resolved relatively quickly and paid immediately. I would rate this as a 5-star experience were it not for the initial error. Don't hesitate to file a claim!

Cashback tracked as non-payable. Was a simple/straight-forward purchase of a iPhone 4S on their Refresh tariff, nothing out of the ordinary. Have opened a customer support ticket but not holding out much hope.

O2 have failed to pay my cashback claim even after submitting a missing cashback request (£80), I wil not use O2 again. I was also very disappointed with the contract I took out with them as they charged me for 2 weeks line rental before I even received my phone.

Absolutely disgusted, ordered my new phone from o2 (even though they werent the cheapest) because of the cashback offer (£120) however it has tracked at just £25!! Have opened a case but nothing seems to be happening :( AVOID o2!!!! and TCB please please cant you do anything about companies like this?? False promises etc???

Has anybody else had a problem receiving the correct cashback amount? i was expecting £126.00 Cashback for a new note 3 contract over £42.00 Per month but its tracking as 31.50. please let me...looks like many people experience the same issue...so avoid

Sadly I can't give a good review - I purchased a 24 month contract 16 months ago and I've still to receive the full cashback - it tracked at a much lower amount than advertised and have had a support case since then but no result - they've even confirmed it was advertised correctly, etc - it just hasn't been looked into yet. I was surprised to see that o2 is listed as a faster payer today - I've had quite the opposite situation.

Very poor. Didn't track and then did for a paltry £21. Advertised £120 so avoid in my opinion.

Totally disappointed. First no tracking and cashback missing, then after submitting claim it appeared with a full amount. After few weeks casback disappeared as declined by o2. Now I know why I changed my network to T-Mobile. O2 doesn't care of customers at all.

have not received cashback as stated. Stated for iphone 5 on day of order, now has additional terms stating no payout for 5, total con!! very disappointed

Fantastic, must be the best tracking experience i've had on TCB, cashback tracked quickly and payment is going to my bank within 2 weeks of ordering - even as an existing o2 customer, i just had them swap my number over and it was done within a day - Very Happy!
