It’s fair to say feedback left by TopCashback members who have shopped with O2 through us is mixed. However, having said that, you will be able to read many positive O2 reviews below. There are plenty of people who have clearly been pleased with how quickly they received their cashback, with one saying: “Cashback payable to my account was bang on time — brilliant service.”

Others clearly share those sentiments, with similar comments including “tracked and paid within a month”, “really easy transaction and decent cashback rate” and “tracked quickly and paid out fast”. Our members have also praised O2 for the service they provide, with comments including “super quick and efficient service” and “brilliant — very helpful customer service”. The O2 review feedback on Trustpilot is also mixed, but there are some fantastic reviews.

One stated: “Absolutely brilliant company. The My O2 app is so easy to check your upcoming bill and offers.” Another happy customer said: “I think O2 is brilliant. I have been on O2 for quite a few years now and I have never had any problems, either with the network or the billing.” Their customer service team comes in for praise too, with comments including “always had a great experience with O2, always helpful on chat and happy to assist”. Both my partner and I took out contracts and got a lovely Samsung Galaxy S2 - the £101 cashback on both our accounts showed as tracking after 24hours. Looking forward to receiving the payment - hope it doesn't take too long. Well done Topcashback and O2 - :D

I bought this mobile from O2 in September 2011 on the basis of their cashback offer but have still not received the cashback. They claim on this web-site that: "O2 is a breath of fresh air. By placing customers at the heart of everything we do we’ve created, and we continue to create memorable experiences...Go to deal now!" I did make a deal/contract with O2 but either it doesn't count for anything or their bureaucracy is very, very slow. Being a customer of O2, I certainly don't feel that I am "at the heart of" anything. If O2 make a habit of defaulting on their agreements, they should not be surprised if customers seek redress through the press and the courts. Unless they deal fairly and as promised with me as their customer, I shall certainly not renew my mobile contract with O2.

Cash back amount halved by the time it came to be paid . I was supposed to get £100 received £50. Was rest assured it would track higher- failed to. They now have a disclaimer saying all rates are subject to change-disappointing to say the least.

Further to a previous comment left I wanted to update to say that my transaction has finally tracked as Confirmed after initially going missing; 3 months later! Relieved I've got my money but disappointed that it took this long (plus a snotty letter to O2 threatening to go via the Ombudsman),

I've rated the Top Cashback service as 5 star. The transaction of 31 July did not track...TCB have chased and thanks to their work the cash back is now finally payable...thank you TCB.

1* is not low enough. Have tried for the cashback etc twice now, both times the site drops out after taking payment details. I received the products but they do not pay the cashback !

Have just clicked on the link to buy a o2 PAY AS YOU GO handset which is offering £10.10..... Made my purchase (£89.99), and its 05-12-2011 at 3pm As i can buy this handset at other places for same price and Unlocked (compared to being locked to o2 which doesnt bother me), i am driven by the cashback offer.... If not tracked within 6 days, phone goes back and i'll go buy it elsewhere, and tell o2 the reason for the return..... will post again when i got news....
