It’s fair to say feedback left by TopCashback members who have shopped with O2 through us is mixed. However, having said that, you will be able to read many positive O2 reviews below. There are plenty of people who have clearly been pleased with how quickly they received their cashback, with one saying: “Cashback payable to my account was bang on time — brilliant service.”

Others clearly share those sentiments, with similar comments including “tracked and paid within a month”, “really easy transaction and decent cashback rate” and “tracked quickly and paid out fast”. Our members have also praised O2 for the service they provide, with comments including “super quick and efficient service” and “brilliant — very helpful customer service”. The O2 review feedback on Trustpilot is also mixed, but there are some fantastic reviews.

One stated: “Absolutely brilliant company. The My O2 app is so easy to check your upcoming bill and offers.” Another happy customer said: “I think O2 is brilliant. I have been on O2 for quite a few years now and I have never had any problems, either with the network or the billing.” Their customer service team comes in for praise too, with comments including “always had a great experience with O2, always helpful on chat and happy to assist”. Took out a 24 month contract with the £101 cashbck which needless to say never tracked. Submitted a claim after a week which took topcashback a futher 10 days(after nudge) to submit to the merchant. Now waiting on reply from 02 but won't hold my breath. Really disappointed as it was the cashback that swung the deal for me as i could have got more for my money elsewhere! Disgusting really as they offer cashback to entice you to buy a phone and then don't honour it!!

I ordered a Sim only tariff back in June and am still waiting for it to be tracked. Looks as though I'm not the only one either.

Seems O2 are to be avoided. switched over to them in May... cashback not tracked and still waiting for O2 to respond to tcb!! Phone didnt arrive when i was told it would , got billed by o2 before i had even ecieved the phone. All said and once received havent had any issues with them, although I am disapointed that the cashback hasnt happened. With the amount of negative feedback on this surely TCB can do something???

What's the point? Have tried to order 5 x times and every time I get a call from the fraud team from my credit card providers! On each occassion of trying to order, the card providers authorised a test transaction from O2 for £1.01. Despite this O2 declined the purchase every time. O2 more like Oh No! Nightmare!

Like others, my cashback from O2 hasn't tracked - I have submitted a Missing Cashback claim. My whole experience with O2 so far has been awful so this doesn't surprise me in the least. Have sent O2 a big ranting e-mail about everything, this issue included, today.

As others are saying o2 quick to take my cash but wont pay my cashback yet. Not impressed. When my next bill arrives they will wait like i have!

3 months and topcashback is still waiting for feedback from 02, cashback not even showing up as tracked. BEWARE reads this resellers feedback before using them, I am not the only person still waiting :(

All one way traffic so far; O2 billed me before I received the SIM. Cashback NOT tracked. £50 voucher unavailable to me as I migrated in my mobile number which is therefore not on the voucher system. Has to be a zero star so far.

Extremely satisfied customer. My First ever cashback. Ordered back in early may, tracked within 2 days, remained in pending status until last week of July. Payable on 31st July as promised and cashback in account today. Top Marks for Topcashback.

Ordered on 26 June, did not track. Still no cashback showing and waiting for TCB to take this forward. V. disappointed as only went with 02 directly because of good reports. No better than generic retailers (who would have been cheaper - even with 02 network) Do not recommend

I've always been on O2 and they are my favourite provider. I used Top Cashback to start a 12 month simplicity contract as it's the type for me and 13 weeks later the cash back became payable. Great offers, tracked instantly and reliable payment.

ordered from topcashback after a failed cashback 0f £100 from another cashback site but same problem here(I think there is something wrong with O2)this time if it does not track with in 2 weeks I am cancelling the contract.

Made a purchase in March for cashback of £50.50, nothing tracked, raised manual claim and have nudged a couple of times, still nothing. Very disappointed with O2, they were also running a promotion of £50 high street vouchers free and that took loads of emails to actually get them, they don't seem to be able to arrange anything!
