It’s fair to say feedback left by TopCashback members who have shopped with O2 through us is mixed. However, having said that, you will be able to read many positive O2 reviews below. There are plenty of people who have clearly been pleased with how quickly they received their cashback, with one saying: “Cashback payable to my account was bang on time — brilliant service.”

Others clearly share those sentiments, with similar comments including “tracked and paid within a month”, “really easy transaction and decent cashback rate” and “tracked quickly and paid out fast”. Our members have also praised O2 for the service they provide, with comments including “super quick and efficient service” and “brilliant — very helpful customer service”. The O2 review feedback on Trustpilot is also mixed, but there are some fantastic reviews.

One stated: “Absolutely brilliant company. The My O2 app is so easy to check your upcoming bill and offers.” Another happy customer said: “I think O2 is brilliant. tracked within 3 days, wrong cashback tracked. should have been £101 if 24 month contract & accessory purchased. tracked at £90 for contract & 20% discount on accessory which came to £92.51 if it does not put itself right i shall put a wrong cash back claim in.

1) Incorrect cash-back quote tracked (60£ instead of 90£) 2) After reporting 'missing claims' - quote reduced even more (to 35£) 3) very slow response Very disappointing

Purchase tracked, and cashback paid promptly. O2 customer services have always been good to me as well. Think the call centre is based in Scotland so no language barrier.

Only tracked at half the correct rate to begin with. Chased and paid in time. O2 customer service not the best when I had a problem....still not resolved but no fault of TCB.

My experiences with 02 and top cash back for this purchase and another like purchase were bad ones. They have taken ages to resolve and I have had to chase them up. The one going back to Nov.2011 is I believe only now about to be paid out (07/04/2011 still not yet paid.) The second purchase again is outstanding and requires hassle to obtain your cash back. As of today 07/04/2011 the claim from the Jan. purchase remains unresolved.Would seriously think twice about using this method again

Cashback tracked within a day or so for the correct amount (quite a high % offered as well!). Item arrived promptly, my only critisism would be that they would only delivery to the card holder address which is annoying as it was a gift. Very good communication regarding delivery (and choice of 3 days to deliver). Overall very happy (assuming the cashback gets paid...)

Cashback took some time to come through - after several nudges. Only issue was with their delivery organisation - DHL - absolutely useless - supposed to be next day delivery, took time off work, then they put it on the wrong van - then promise to deliver on a Saturday - a blatant lie as they don't deliver on Saturdays. O2 customer service were no better when I complained to them about their choice of delivery firm. In all - I don't think the cachback covered the numerous calls I had to make, or the time off work !

I got a Blackberry with accessory on 18 month contract, should have got £90, tracked at £60, put in a claim for the missing £30 and then my confirmed amount went from £60 to £35, so now the missing cashback is £55. Never again

Living in the area that i do mobile phone signals are not very good but o2 has been spot on. the phone that i purchased is the blackberry torch 9800 and it is a great phone to have. it is easy to use and has a lot of great apps too best phone i have ever had

Quite disappointed like most people here on TCB - I've bought so much from o2 including the broadband and it never really lives up to what they promise. Expecting £35 for a business contract, unbelievably they didn't even track it, I put in a claim and looks like its just been ignored. Wish I could write to them directly, I don't understand how these companies promise to pay out for the referral and yet it seems at least 20% of the sales are never paid.

wait for the 12 month sim only deals £100 £20pm gets alot i got 900m unlimited landline and loads of text i think its around 2000 more than enough works out to 140 a year with cash back thats 11.67 a month less than a land line before call costs i dont use the land line any more it is saving hundreds a year

My first experience with Top Cashback - what a disaster! Used site in June 2010 for O2- still awaiting correct cashback, even though Top Cashback can verify that the transaction took place. Submitted earnings enquiry in June and still no joy!!
