Cash back has been recored a lot less to what I have purchased!! spent a near £700 and they are now claiming i have spent just £583.

Very disappointed with the lack of after sales customer service as there isn’t any. I took a day off work to accept delivery and they turned up and dropped off the bed and mattress great. only to find after I had unpacked it the bed and mattress were different size’s. So I Phoned up to get them to come back and pick it back up and was told that would have wait for them to another van out. It was two weeks later I received the phone call to arrange pick up. We don’t live in a warehouse so this was extremely inconvenient. I even had to take pictures to prove they had got it wrong.
To add injury to insult I had to lose another’s day pay to wait in for the correct delivery all because of there mistake. And when I asked for compensation or a good will gesture I was fob off by the manager and told we don’t compensate. Quick enough to take your money but once they have it they don’t care and if they do make a mistake there attitude is tough luck and it took 96 days to actually get our bed delivered.
Also noticed testimonials on their site are vetted and bias no negative feedback gets up loaded, which proves how bad they are. They just don't give a monkeys once they have your money

The furniture from this company is beautiful and lovely quality however DONT EXPECT TO GET YOUR CASHBACK. I have been waiting since Apr 2011 only to have my claim declined. No happy as was expecting £28 from them, if oak furniture land aren't going to pay the cashback then they shouldn't offer it, top cashback have done all they can to help me to no avail.

Ordered a bed, side cabinet and two wardrobes, only to find that the courier would not deliver the wardrobes to the first floor bedroom as promised in all the literature. Bed went up no problem, as well as the bottom half of one of the wardrobes. Courier didn't seem keen on a return trip up the stairs so called head office and refused to carry anything else up. Health and safety apparently! OFL offered £30 refund to cover the cost of me arranging for my own removal people to get the remaining furniture up the stairs, even though their own courier was unwilling to do so. Courier also acknowledged that although they could carry the furniture up the stairs if it was unpacked, they were unable to unpack it for me. Passing shot from one of the delivery guys was I would have to "carry everything up myself with a mate". I am now left with two wardrobes stood in my living room. It gets worse....
I end up opening the wardrobes downstairs to find that both are damaged. One has a damaged door, and the other has the door catch sheared off at the top. Awaiting replacement parts in the post now and a visit from a technical person to assess the damage to the other door. I was so annoyed that I tried to cancel the whole order. OFL were happy to refund the full amount for the wardrobes, but would charge £75 for returning the bed and side cabinet! I tried explaining that the whole point is to have matching bed and wardrobes. So I am now left with two damaged wardrobes directly in front of the tv set and no confidence in a resolution.
NEVER AGAIN!!!

Ordered and was a bit dubious after reading some of the reviews BUT can not fault the customer service, the product, the delivery timings and cash back was credited into my account within 5 weeks of ordering. Can not Fault OFL

I received my cash back within about 4-5 weeks,no hassle what so ever,my furniture arrived on Wednesday and it is beautiful.Im looking forward to ordering more soon and of course more cashback. My original ofl cashback went towards the purchase of a new camera so I was happy :-)

BE CAREFUL!!! I suspect that many of the praising comments on this retailer are posted from 'in house'. If you want the true picture of the quality of products and customer service from this bunch you would be well advised to read the thread on the Moneysavingexpert forum before risking a purchase.

Merchant states that I used another site or search engine for cashback, as they appear to have done with many other customers! I have not recieved any cashback to date, and it looks as if I'm unlikely to recieve any.
The furniture arrived damaged and took a while to be sorted out. I would think twice about ordering again from Oak Furniture Land.

After nine months my cashback claim with Oak Furniture Land has been declined. I did not use another referral site, cashback site or search engine. They state another source has been credited for this sale. Feel disappointed and deceived. TopCashBack has investigated and updated me as and when. Don't rely on getting cash back from this retailer.

Avoid!
Oakfurnitureland flatly deny that I used Topcashback for the transaction, even though I did and I followed the instructions correctly. I thought it would be straightforward to set the record straight but after many weeks and many phone calls, they still refused to honour the cashback deal so I am returning the goods to them for a full refund.
