The merchant only paid cashback on Non VAT part of purchase, this was not clear on the merchant site but when the cashback site was questioned they came back to me very quick with the answer. I have been very impressed with the quck response to queries online on the cashback site.

Nice product but 11 months after my purchase I have sill not received correct cashback. Like others who have left comments, my cashback has been set to £0.01 and I can only conclude that the cashback offer was not genuine. I will not be using this company again because it looks to me like there has been a deliberate intention to mislead.

Very well packaged, good price and delivery arranged with a 3 hour slot would recommend them.
Cashback tracked and confirmed fast but as yet dont know how long the actual payment will take.

I made a large order on 2nd January and still - over nine months later - have received no cashback. I was promised £160! It’s a complete joke. The merchant uses the lure of cashback to secure sales, but has no intention whatsoever of actually paying out. Disgraceful.
Top Cash Back has been utterly useless, fobbing me off every time I ask for help. Oak Furniture Land is a rogue trader and TCB are assisting in them ripping people off by continuing to facilitate this false offer.

One to avoid - with all the comments made here about receiving the incorrect or NO cash back how they are still allowed to still be a retailer on TCB is beyond me? Oh, I forgot probably because it's good business for TCB - but not the customer!!

Ordered over £1000 worth of furniture 27/3/2011 cashback should have been £69. Still have nothing, even after a couple of nudges. Furniture is top notch, if you get cashback it's a bonus, but don't depend on it.

Products and delivery both great. Cashback non-existent !!! Ordered furniture in January. Delivered February. Cashback reset to 1p and claim raised April 1st - still no reply ("Waiting for retailer") some five months on !!!
Would STRINGLY advise you only purchase from this vendor expecting to get ZERO cashback which is a shame as the stuff we ordered is good...

Made purchase on the 31st july, £1072. On my cashback it stated i only spent 0.09p, What a joke. Delivery scheduled for the 23rd Aug. Have alerted topcashback about this matter. Would not recommend using this merchant for cashback purposes.

no cash back as yet should have being paid 30 april. very poor. when i have orded things the estimated delivery time always moves and it is deliverd weeks after it says on its web site
so if it says delived in 3 weeks it will be more like 9 weeks in my experiance.

Another successful purchase from this company. FANTASTIC customer service - texts and emails to confirm and remind me of delivery, a four hour delivery window, a phone call 30 mins before arrival and friendly and helpful couriers! Many others could learn a thing or two from this company!

Would not use again. Still waiting for cashback (or any response come to that!) from OakFurnitureland from a purchase made in September last year (2010). TCB also seem unwilling to do anything other than the standard amount of effort in to chase up either!
