	updated from April where i reported an issue with the cashback. This was registered as a query with TCB and was resolved on the 11th May with the correct amount credited. I would use this retailer again.

	I ordered furniture online in Jan 2012 with 6 months interest free. The original delivery date of May 2012 has passed, the new delivery date will be early June. Disappointed it's taking so long, hope it'll be worth it. As for cashback - well it tracked at 1p from the start and so in April I asked Topcashback to chase it. Happy to say that the full amount in now pending.

	Cashback payable on my order has tracked thru as 1p. Waited till furniture was delivered as some people said would amount changed once order was received but this has not been the case. WOULD NOT HAVE USED THIS COMPANY IF I HAD REALISED THE CASHBACK WOULDN'T BE PAID!! Products available from many companies so I think this is just a bit of a dirty tactic to get custom.

	Have previously ordered furniture from this merchant with no issues, cashback tracked quickly and hence made my second large purchase in December for around £1100. I used a valid voucher. This time i've had to chase for my cashback of £106 on £1100 worth of furniture to be told "my transaction has been tracked to another referrer". I know for a fact I went through topcashback as it has tracked my purchase. On further inquiry they changed their reply now that cashback declined because of voucher usage. The cashback due is more than the discount voucher, hence instead of resolving it they are refusing cashback. I am afraid I would hesitate to use Oak Furniture Land in future as you can get the same furniture else where at similar prices.

	Just purchased my furniture through Oak Furniture Land after seeing the good quality of my Sister's stuff she bought. Also added a mirror worth £300 as it free with orders over £1000 :) Cashback has been tracked within an hour of ordering and is showing at the 8.08% as shown when I clicked the link (last week it was 6.06%) dunno about this 1p tracking value people are talking about but have taken a screenshot of my screen incase the value changes for what ever reason??? Its early days but happy so far and using Top Cashback for a few years now, I've never had a problem receiving my money :)

	Hi this company were offering 9% at my time of ordering in January, they state, they will pay 1pence in your cash back till delivery, that was on 11th march,have had to submit an enquiry with topcashback sill nothing as yet.

	Yes where have all the old reviews gone about this company? Furniture is OK but slight cracks appearing in the joints after a few weeks even though I did polish it when it arrived as per instructions on website . Only time will tell if they get any bigger as the wood dries out. I purchased from them in early January this year and paid in full (delivery made 4th March) but like the previous reviewer mine only tracked at 1p and has now gone payable at that amount. I have put in a claim but nothing so far, so don't bank on getting your expected cashback, if you could read the old reviews this seemed to happen quite often.

	Hi, not sure why all the other comments have been removed for this supplier but I have purchased twice from OFL. The first cashback went without a hitch but the secound showed quick enough at 1p but has not been upgraded to the full amount. I have registered a query which TCB have submitted to the retailer but no joy as yet. Previous comments did warn about missing cashback. No problem with furniture but dont buy on cashback basis alone!

	Have previously ordered furniture from this merchant with no issues, cashback tracked quickly and I had some beautiful furniture, hence my second purchase. This time I've had to chase for my cashback on £600 worth of furniture to be told "my transaction has been tracked to another referrer". I know for a fact i went through TopCashBack as it has tracked my purchase - and if i have gone through another referrer then why do I not have £50 sitting in another account somewhere. I'm feel very disappointed and a little bit cheated as, like the previous comment, i bought the furniture in good faith and trusted that the merchant would hold up their end of the bargain.

	Still waiting on cashback being tracked from £820 of furniture I bought in May 2010, just been told that my cash has been tracked to another merchant, therefore, they will not pay out to me as would mean they would be paying out twice. They cannot say who it has gone to and don't seem bothered about claiming it back.......think it's just an excuse to avoid paying out!! This is my second large purchase of furniture from them and even though the furniture is fab, I won't be buying again!! All my friends I have recommended them too aswell will be told to avoid. Disappointed as purchased in good faith.

	Have previously left review stating cashback tracked after a few days. It took almost 4 months for that to be payable but that said, I had the cashback in my account before I got the furniture. I was given a 16 week lead time at the time of ordering though so that was fine. Furniture arrived last week (18 weeks after ordering). I did have to chase it up after the lead time had passed but the staff were very friendly and apologetic. Anyway, it was well worth the wait! I bought several items from the Alto range and it's gorgeous and so well made. Overall, a brilliant experience with this retailer!

	Cashback did not appear until 10 days later but the correct amount came through. Delivery turned up within the weeks specified. Cannot fault the product.

	If you don't mind waiting forever for cashback - we're still waiting for anything to show up on tcb! The furniture is of reasonable quality. We ordered 2 bedside tables. Whilst it is well made it is laminated pieces i.e it is not a single piece of timber but pieces glued together including the legs, which is a little unusual as the legs would normal be a single piece of timber. Probably won't use OakFurnitureLand again.

	Not rated yet because not recieved goods but just to provide update. I have ordered about £1200 worth of furniture beginning Nov and a bit concerned when only 1p creditted but after about 10 days the full credit appeared on TCB. still waiting stock allocation so not sure on guaranteed xmas delivery but will let you know on quality and when i get hands on actual cash but looking good at present. (NB 5% discount code was not recognised)

	I was expecting £30.36 cashback from this retailer and after waiting for 7 months, the retailer has turned around and said that 'another marketing channel was credited with the sale.' I have tried to question this further as the only other party involved in this transaction was TopCashBack but have not received any different response. It seems to me that Oak Furniture Land do not wish to pay out this cashback and therefore have given this excuse for non-payment, or they have got my transaction mixed up with another transaction. Topcashback seem to have done what they can to chase up this cashback but it sounds like they cannot investigate it further with Oak Furniture Land which is rather frustrating. If you are thinking of using Oak Furniture Land because of their good offer of cashback, please think twice about it as they may turn around in a few months time and give an excuse to decline it.

	Ordered over £1000 worth of furniture 2 weeks ago. Tracked at £0.01 after about 48 hours. I was a bit worried at first having read other feedback that that was all I was going to get. Happy to say though that today I have received notification of £88 cashback. Yet to receive furniture but I have been to the showroom and quality of furniture there was excellent. I will leave more feedback when I have my furniture.

	I ordered my item on 15 May but has not tracked and as previously posted very happy with merchandise an delivery. Not happy with the cashback though. I am still hoping because last payment received by topcashback was in August for April purchases so perhaps next month may will be dealt with. My probalem is that it has not tracked so there is no acknowledgement of cashback due. Very disappointing that my enquiry not resolved yet some 15 weeks after pruchase.
