Tracked quickly but at £0, and it refused to let me use the new customer offer of £20 off a £80 or more shop, so fairly disappointing really. TCB have failed to follow up.

Used £20 voucher code advertised on Ocado site - it had expired. Complained, got told "as a gesture we'll give you a £15 one". Arrived 15 minutes late, wanted to explain receipt in great detail - despite my saying he'd already made me late. Badly packed (heavy stuff on top of crisps, cleaning products in with food). Lots of advertising in bags, lots of spam and phone calls.

Spent the required amount and more. Cashback appeared, goods delivered and cashback disappered. Have put in a missing claim to find out what happened.

Excellent service by Ocado, everything explained by the delivery driver and you get a brilliant itemised list of what you have ordered. Everything is delivered in colour coded bags to help you when putting the shopping away and they list fresh items in "use by" date order to help you plan your meals throughout the week. Fantastic!

Ocado site is a bit slow, but I was pleasantly surprised that I found hard to find items that other supermarkets dont stock i.e. Ecover washing up liquid 5 litre bottle and Anna's ginger thin's. Order was delivered by a very nice man and well packed. Cant commemt on cashback as it hasn't been paid yet. but I will definately be shopping again.

Cashback tracked at correct amount and then went to zero payable. Missing cashback claim submitted but nothing happened. Avoid this like the plague!!

Pleased with delivery and quality of food. More expensive than other supermarkets. CashBack tracked immediately at £7.50 then became payable at zero. Submitted missing cashback claim and as with other reviewers no joy, no cashback. Won't be using this supermarket again.

Never shopped with Ocado before but was very impressed with the service and quality of food - recommended.
However I was really disappointed when, after tracking and confirming in record time it went to payable as £0.00. Not very impressed, played the game to the letter and still lost out!

Pleased with cashback - website a bit annoying, but managed to work out what to do for first ever internet shop. Goods ordered were not available so alternative sent by Ocado which were more expensive ! Rang their customer service and they refunded the extra cost with no fuss. Suitably impressed I guess.

Great deal - £15 Promo code plus £7.57 Cashback off £75 shop! Smooth transaction where Ocado is concerned. Delivery was free and on time and all items ordered were in stock. Delivery driver was helpful and pleasant. Couldn't fault the service.
Cashback is tracking too so should not expect a problem there.
