The service was fine. Guy on the end of the phone a bit grumpy, but the guys who picked up and delivered the car were very nice and everything ran smoothly. Unlike the cashback - booked in January, didn't track, missing cashback claim submitted in February, haven't heard a thing (it's now late September) despite repeated nudges. May use again as an airport car parking service, but I wouldn't hold out hope of getting cashback.

Cashback tracked next day,but only approx 4% for airport parking if using the 9% green link,expecting 9% off then 13% cashback...............not the case !

couldnot fault the service and car was there ready to go when we got back to parking and the driver made good judgement with traffic from major roadworks to get us back quickly.

I used Park and Go twice booking through this site but never received any cashback like the company advertises.
Very disappointed. Only used them because it worked out cheaper with the cashback.
Very unsatisfied customer!

Took a long time for Top cashback to reply about missing cash back(booked in April)rely August
Used a the code and link given by Top cashback refused to pay cash back as the vouchure was used (10%) due 12 % cashback so by using the voucher lost 2% SO BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN CHOSING A CAR PARK GROUP YOU MAY NOT GET BOTH
Car park OK but entrance to car park very misleading as it states NO ENRTY so you go looking for another way in we wasted a lot of time on this and had a close call for our flight (BIRMINGHAM OFF SITE PARKING)

I use Park & Go quite regularly as they generally are the cheapest - these days seldom ever get the cashback (though I used to). I am guessing that it is due to the use of the discount code. Of course you will naturally always use a discount code over a cashback (particularly as they are normally around the same saving) as the former is guarenteed whilst the latter is not.
I think it is completely unfair and defeats the whole purpose of TCB to allow discount codes to be an either or to the potential cash back - Yes, it says clearly that use of a discount code NOT RECOGNISED by Park & Go disqualifies you,...BUT if Park & Go clearly issued the code to customers in the first place, and it is then by clear definition surely 'recognised' ? Bad practice I feel to allow this as many other firms on here don't operate this way. TCB you should put your foot down with these 'get out clauses' - if we use your link we should get the cash END OF !!!

AWFUL, AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!! Park & Go is the booking agent and we always use them thru topcashback. We chose to use "RS09 Valet Parking" at Gatwick as it was a good price. We arrived near midnight, tired and made the required phone call and waited for our car. Unfortunately they were waiting with the wrong car!!! Not only that, they didn't know WHERE our car was. Someone had put the wrong car key in the wallet for our car!! This has never happened before and we have used Valet Parking with lots of different firms. We had to go back into the terminal and wait to see if they could find out what happened and find our car! Not what we wanted to hear at that time of night! Eventually, they found the car - parked in a secure carpark some distance away and not due to be picked up for another week according to their records. We eventually got home several hours later than expected - not a good experience. My husband phoned the manager and they were very apologetic and gave us a full refund, but personally, I would have preferred our car returned at the right time and not be put thru that stress after arriving tired at midnight after having a wonderful holiday. Even though they gave us a refund, I would not use them again, and think it is only fair to write this review, as we use Valet Parking a lot and have never had this experience with another company, at ANY airport.

I used the meet and greet service at Stansted airport it worked out cheaper than using the carparks, the service was excellent my car was collected within 3 minutes of arriving at the airport and I phoned them on my arrival back and waited less than 2 minutes at our meeting point for my car I was on my way home within 10 minutes of leaving the airport I will certainly keep using this service not only was it cheaper than the other companies I also got cash back !!!

I used Park and Go five times last year, all for travel through Heathrow airport. Dropping the car off was generally OK but collecting the car the collection service was more variable with waits of 15 minutes or more not uncommon.
The trick I found is to phone as soon as you have landed or cleared customs (i.e. before you collect you bag) and tell them that you have your bags as several of the companies do not send the car until you actually are about to leave the airport.
On cashback though, absolutely rubbish. All 5 of my trips didn't track, I had to submit manual claims which all were eventually rejected after nearly a year because allegedly I have used a voucher. TCB can't help any more and I've got no cashback.
I'll never use them again, there's plenty of other companies, SkyParkSecure is just as good and I get my cashback with them

I have now used Park and Go twice from 2 different airports. I must say what a fantastic service all the staff are great, friendly and helpful. It's so easy, and with cashback that tracks really fast. Will definately use again.
