No cashback to date received from Park and Go on a valid transaction in May 2010 that failed to track, and repeated reminders to TopCashBack has also failed to resolve my claim or action a response from the merchant.

I used this service flying from Bristol to Edinburgh and despite the flight being over 24 hours late, it didnt cost me a penny more when the car was returned. Honestly i highly recommend using this car park service, get dropped off at the airport door, then your car is running and waiting for you when u arrive back, they even warmed the car up for me with temps of -5. USE THEM

Do not use the discount codes as you will not recieve the discount and the TCB cashback it is one or the other and TCB is 10% AND THE DISCOUNT CODES ARE 6 OR 7% I would think this is why some people have had problems?? as they say if it looks too good to be true it usually will be!!

fast tracking.... not very good at payment average 3 months should be faster especially when you pay straight away !!!!! think is about time that top cash back start kicking merchants who fail to pay in a reasonable time like one month.... but have further used park and go again and i have done so 3 times now.... great service from the team at park and go !!!!!!! and alot better than airport parking, fast realiable service from park and go...... this is the way to get to the airport and leave your car and just go straight into the terminal without standing waiting for busses...And on way back straight outside straight into your car and straight home...... great....

Have booked this car park through Top Cash Back on two occasions - has failed to track both times - one error you can tolerate - we all make mistakes - two is beyond a joke! Submitted a claim for first purchase weeks ago and nothing! Have just completed a claim for the second purchase.
My son advised that actual car park and transport to and from Manchester airport was very good.

I had no problem with the service - car park easy to find. However, I am still waiting for validation of the transaction. Tracked in May ... still no confirmation mid August !

I've used park and go five times now, each time the website is easy to use, the prices are very good, but the cashback has never materialised.
I have missing transaction queries raised for all of them but its disappointing to not see a single one tracking.
Service from the car parking company has been a bit variable depending on which company you use. I've been using the Chauffeur option and several times with one company have ended up waiting for the company to arrive to either pickup or collect my car. Purple parking Chauffeur have been the best, they have staff onsite all the time so there's never been any waiting for them.
