Keep on their case
Despite making an eligible transaction , Plumbworld declined cashback. So I had to go through TCB providing all the details and they got me the cashback. Well done TCB, nil points to plumbworld

Didn't track, raised claim and cashback was declined even before their goods were delivered, despite ordering via TCB correctly. To add insult TCB send a patronising message saying that decline was possibly because they weren't the channel the purchase was made through (which it was with no other sites open or basket filling being done). Most of us have used cashback sites for many years so we know how to make a purchase correctly.
