This cashback didn't track properly so I lodged a claim. Various things went wrong with the claim, in that the amount was wrong, the whole process taking ages and then eventually the claim was refused. So I was meant to get £90 and after waiting 6 months for the claim to be processed I ended up with nothing. Would not recommend.

Do not use. This merchant did not track my cashback, I queried this straight away, which resulted in a 7 month wait to hear back from them, and they declined my cashback. Will never use this merchant again

This company has to be the absolute worst at paying cashback, I have purchased 3 home insurance policies over the past 3 years and not one has ever paid out. It is an absolute disgrace how TCB allows this company to decline claims giving no reason. Be warned!! do not expect any cashback from these cowboys

Bought a home insurance for £218.50 with £75 cash back in 2016. After nearly 2 years of raising the claim and disputes nothing came back. The policy is over priced without cashback. Rubbish merchant.
