	I submitted for a car insurance policy in late July. I have never received cash back from RAC and now it is over 100 days, I cannot enquire to get the money through Topcashback. Do not buy your insurance through this retailer!! As they are not going to give you your cash back.

	This is the first time I've used Cashback and I am delighted! Including the cashback, my annual premium is now just about the same as the cheapest on-line provider I used previously. I am much happier to be with the RAC and have all the add-ons I wanted, as well. Thank you very much for this service!

	dear sirs,it is early days yet but the discount shown was £60.60,i notice in my earnings it has been cut to £55.55, not a good start Grandan.

	Excellent discount, have used RAC before and will do again. Topcashback chased the merchant for the cash as it did not register at first and quickly dealt with it and the money, (more than expected!!) arrived in my account with no problems.

	Took RAC car insurance on 14th November expecting £80.80 cashback to find out that it was offering only £55.55 on the 16th November when entered the TCB site, sent an enquiry & they said it had been updated, went back on it today & it has not changed i will challenge it again

	Like others above the cash back offered was £80, my account however was only credited with £55.50 Pending so contacted TopCashBack on the 29 Sept but despite Nudges & several exchanges of comments with TopCashBack still awaiting for the shortfall to be credited to my account?

	Price went up substantially when I used topcashback link compared with a comparison site. Also when I enter my 3year restricted medical licence it won't quote me.

	Wow! What hassle. This is a complete joke. Their direct quote is about £25 more than my first quick survey with gocompare, but there's 80.80 cashback so I'd be quids in, right? Wrong. Ignoring the fact that the first application using Konqueror took all my details and just serverd up a blank page for the final price, I went around the cycle with FireFox. Well, at the end of the process they offer two prices, the higher can be got as "free" upgrade to Insurance Plus for existing members, so I took a screenshot, then followed the link and went back and added my RAC membership number (not wanting to jinx things the first time through), which then they re-calculate the premium and basically provide the higher price of the Insurance Plus. Figuring this is just a glitch in their system which would be resolved at final checkout, I press ahead to pay. At this point they want another £3 for me using a credit card, so I switched the radio button back to a Visa Debit and went to the final final checkout, except this time it has re-defaulted the last few confirmation questions and claims I have a medical exception and must contact customer services. What a joke. What a waste of half an hour. I expect any human contact will kick this out from TCB's T&C's for the offer (I was dubious about 'fessing up to be an existing RAC member) so I'm cutting my losses. Was it ASA or Trading Standards that described some online tactics from retailers as being like the Wild West? The RAC have just pulled one too many bait & switch tactics for me. Avoid like the plague.

	Complete waste of time - spent over an hour trying to fill out the form and every time at one point or another the screen went blank and displayed a 'system failure please start again message' ... and I am VERY IT aware ..... useless system, won't bother again.

	HUH, £80 commission advertised IF you buy online....guess what have spent ages trying to do so, but it just tells me to phone them... and then of course no cashback on offer!

	very pleased with overall experience however wish that it showed on my account as pending. Some insurances state 12 weeks for payment didnt notice that on this one. Very pleased to have the £60 thank you topcashback!

	Rip off. I got a quote 4 days ago via gocompare for £226. Went to buy insurance today with RAC via topcashback (offering £80 cashback) and quote had increased from £226 to £312! Coincidentally a difference of £86, nearly equivalent to the cashback being offered.

	I got a quote from RAC for car insurance on 02/06/10 through the Top Cashback link. I bought the insurance on 12/07/10 using the same link but have never received my £60 cashback. I have complained using the correct procedure but feel that I am being fobbed off with top cashback blaming the retailer and not putting up a fight on my behalf. The advertised cashback of £60 was a major factor in me taking this car insurance - so come on Top Cashback and prove that you really are the top cashback site!!!

	Initially tracked very quickly at the £60 shown. However a month or so later it had changed to £0. Have submitted a claim to TCB as there's no reason to have done this. Since RAC was the cheapest quote I was happy with RAC but may have gone with another company for a few pounds if I was guaranteed the cashback

	Took over 5 months to receive the payment after I'd logged a claim with TopCashBack. But they paid in the end. TopCashBack were great.

	Did not track so had to chase. Then again in my experience all insurance cash backs have to be chased. Is it just me? Cash back confirmed as tracke in 6 weeks. Enough said!

	RESULT! My mising £22.50 has been recognised and is sitting on my account to be paid out. 5 months but got there in the end.
