	still wtg for cashback to track one month after purchase, sent claim and nudge but no response yet. only bought because of cashback as could have got cheaper insurance elsewhere so will be very disappointed if rac does not pay.

	Had trouble claiming my cashback but everything sorted in the end and although it has taken about 3 to 4 months I have received.

	This transaction did not track at all, and I have to admit I only took the policy out because the cashback amount was so good. I put in a claim via TCB and sent numerous nudges... and whoopeee, they've at last paid out. I was surprised that it went straight from untracked to paid but I'm certainly not complaining. It's taken months, but I've finally got it. I wouldn't be tempted by cashback offers like this again though because they're far more hassle than they're worth!

	Great cash back offer - which helped to reduce the overall cost. Slightly dissapointed that I have to wait so long for the cashback, especially cosidering you pay the premium up front ! Still a very good deal and the transaction was quickly recognised.

	AVOID After 16 years of accident free driving, another driver drove into the side of my car. RAC and the underwriters Providence have been fobbing me off for days now. Spent over 5 hours on the phone and still no further on with my car repairs! Wouldnt like to see how the deal with an accident if its your own fault!! AVOID

	Although I rec'd a good/competitive insurance quote I have had to wait 6/7 months for the full cashback to be honored. With the brilliant assistance of the Topcashback team the "full" cashback of £60 has now been paid and for that reason alone I would be wary of using this organisation again.

	bought ins and it tracked right away, never not had my money from any site with tcb, and its nearly a £1000 now, you have to have some patience, sometimes you have to make an enquiry to tcb but it always comes good in the end, remember it usually takes about 3 months to get ur money, so hang on in there.

	My mum's car insurance is up for renewal and with the offer of £80.00 cashback this gives her the best annual price. I was sure to clear all my cookies etc. and also went through the "clear disk space", then restarted my laptop just to be on the safe side. I purchased the insurance online for my mum late last night, but nothing tracking as yet (10hrs later). It says the average tracking speed is 1hr and I'm already getting a sense that things may not be straight forward with this one... All my other cashbacks with TCB have always paid out, so I seem to know what I'm doing :-) Fingers crossed this one will also come through in good time (although I realise it could take a few months).

	Although purchase was made with this merchant in February they have still not confirmed with top cash back.Makes me wonder if I will receive payment of the fairly large amount.Do not think I would use merchant again.

	Bought a policy at a competitive price, only to find on the policy that double the amount was charged. Am in the process of trying to claim back nearly £300 due to their "sytem error" despite numerous assurances that they would not be claiming the wrong amount. Today I find that they have done exactly that, yet I have to wait nearly a week for a refund!! On that basis I would not recommend them. Cannot comment on level of service as the policy is only 4 days old, but as for customer service, sorting out problems, they get a big fat 0 from me.

	tracked promptly,then nothing. Then popped up as £0 payable.ICANNOT RECOMMEND THEM. Will not renew with them next year,nor will I or my family use any other RAC services

	Unfortunately everytime I proceed through the merchants website for a quote it kick's me off just before giving me the quote !.... Is this a con ??? I rang the merchant and got absolutely nowhere !

	Very good, £53 cashback on car insurance. RAC had found the cheapest quote through a variety of comparison sites already. My only gripe is that a week after my purchase the cashback increased to £80, can't really complain though as i still earned £53 on a product that I would have purchased anyway.
