	Bought policy last march and despite numerous reminders throughout the yeaR RAC FAILED to provide any cashback --SO I WONT BE RENEWING MY POLICY WITH THEM !!!!! STAY CLEAR

	I bought my car insurance last June and have constantly chased for the promised £65 via TCB. I still do not have the cashback and I do not have an explanation for why RAC has not paid me or even why it is taking so long. Be aware that it may appear to be the cheapest insurer, you MUST NOT rely on Cashback.

	Won't use RAC again, we wanted to use the car in Europe last summe for a week, but RAC refused to provide cover at all, even for a fee. Silly.

	It took over 3 months to get cashback which is not stated anywhere when you apply for cashback.

	Initially failed to track in Nov'10 and had to submit an enquiry. Still nothing tracked by Jan'11 so I "sent a nudge". Mid February the amount appeared on my account and then status changed to show as payable just a few days later. Insurance always takes a while to come through and RAC is no exception - but it did work out well in the end! Thanks Topcashback!

	Transaction goes smoothly but am having problems with Tracking verification which means I have to ask TopCashBack to investigate. However, once resolved the cash back went straight to Payable status. Well done, TopCashBack.

	Same as above user, still waiting since 29/09/10 for commission shortfall, the cash back offered was £80 but my account however was only credited with £55. Contacted topcashback on the 29 sept but despite numerous nudges & several exchanges with topcashback still awaiting for the shortfall £25 to be credited to my account?

	the offer was for £80 cb which made the deal worth doing, but it only tracked at £55 and an enquiry was met with "oh yes that one gets enhanced later".maybe it will and maybe it wont. goes to show - never buy just on the basis of cash back.
