	RAC cashback is the ONLY one I have received nothing from - I bought their car insurance once, and breakdown cover twice, and NONE of the have even tracked (let alone confirmed or paid). I think the whole thing with RAC is a SCAM! I normally hev no problems with TopCashBack - in fact I have received £900 in total over the last 3 years. But it seems RAC pays nothing, and TCB have been unable to help in any way.

	I bought RAC insurance via TopCashBack THREE months ago and still nothing is showing in my account. Have raised issue and nudged, but no response yet. Not happy!

	I bought my insurance in June and it went to 0.00 a couple of days later.Contacted Topcashback and put a claim in and have heard nothing since.Wouldn't use them again and. :( something needs to be done about this.

	I'm in the same boat, RAC tracked fine but months later became payable at nil. I've put in a claim and also nudged it because nothing was happening. If RAC renege on this deal I will be contacting their HQ and taking it up with them direct. Not at all happy about this...

	TCB have now submitted a claim to RAC for cashback. Nothing is showing after 3 weeks so I'm not happy. I'm not particularly bothered about waiting 3 months before I get paid - that is understandable - however I am upset that absolutely nothing shows up anywhere that you have made a purchase. Based on this experience, and the fact that everything else on tcb has worked fine I am awarding the RAC nil points

	Initially didn't track and made a claim to TCB who followed it up and the £80.00 came through after 12 weeks. Well done evrybody - I'm well pleased. Thank you!

	I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing the RAC car insurance, it has been over a week and the transaction is not showing at all (i've been on tcb for ages and this is the first time this has happened), I have submitted a claim - also note that once you have purchased the insurance, if you cancel in the first 14 days they charge an administration fee and a premium.

	Bought the car insurance on the basis of the cashback, did like everyone elses tracked but went to zero payable, have submitted a claim. Beware!!!!!

	I purchased my car insurance in March - it is now August and I still have no cashback from this merchant. At first it appeared at nil and after submitting a claim it then appeared confirmed at the correct amount. Then suddently in June it changed to nil and disappeared altogether. I submitted a claim form in June and July and topcashback are looking into this for me. There is absolutely no way I would purchase RAC car insurance based upon their promise of cashback. My experience has been horrendous and I would not recommend them to anyone - also see other reviews. My experience isn't in isolation!

	I have not rated this yet, but I did take out the policy more than 36 hours ago and nothing has shown up yet..like many of the others I am not happy at the current situation. Will be re-posting every day until there is a result.

	As with everyone else this merchant is a rip off. £75 due then went to zero. Have put in missing cashback claim. I will NOT let this go, and will go direct to RAC management. RAC you have been warned!

	Mine also went to £0.00 payable but according to TCB this will be 'overridden' to the proper amount when it's due to be payable at the end of August? Never seen any of my cashbacks work like this before? Anyone else?

	Earned £80 cashback for car insurance. It is now payable at at £0 - a big fat zero!!! Have submitted a claim but not holding my breath. Would not recommend RAC to anyone.The obvious reason to use tcb is to earn money. I can't believe that RAC are so poor and are conning people into buying their policies.

	RAC for me was the cheapest for car insurance this year (2011) and now with £75 cashback It's amazing! My renewal for a Hyundai Coupe 2.0 SE (6 years no claims) would have been £900 from AMEX (my previous). RAC was less than half that! Of course a few years ago my insurance was like £300, how times have changed with the "Credit Crunch" Recommended definately!!!!

	Supposed to get £59...but suddenly, just as it was due to arrive, it disappeared. value went to $0.00...no explanation...very poor...don't use them. I took out insurance with RAC because it worked out cheaper with the cashback..I should have gone with someone else...RUBBISH!!!

	Tracked almost immediately at the promised £75 but almost 2 and a half months later £0.00 payable?? Have put in a missing commission claim - TCB have always come through for me in the past so hoping this transaction will be no different. Will update my post when I hear something.
