	£75.75 cash back can't be bad, took a fair while to come through to payable but tracked within the hour. Car insurance has been fine and customer service has been good.

	Nearly 9 months after purchase and I'm still waiting!! Shame on the RAC! I have given up all hope of receiving cashback for this transaction and will not purchase products or services from the RAC again.

	Update on my post of 31 July - Topcashback advise that any payment unlikely for another two months. So it would appear that payment, if any, could well be a year after policy taken out !

	Purchased insurance in March and thus expecting payout in 3 months, ie in June. It is now August and am being told payout will not be till 30 September despite originally being informd it would be at start of August. NOT impressed at all.

	LEARNERS BEWARE! I took out my policy with RAC and a month after taking it out, I passed my test. The RAC voided my policy when I phoned to ask them to amend my policy because I was now a full driver! They told me that the underwriter would no longer insure a newly qualified driver. The cashback only comes after 3 months so I will not be receiving it, plus I had to pay all the cancellation penalties including a cancellation fee of £35 because they voided the policy. I only got half of what I paid them a month ago. There is no way they should be allowed to accept learner drivers if they are not willing to amend a policy when they pass their test!

	I've used RAC insurance a few times in the past and never had a problem. Their customer service has always been good as well BUT where I have real issues is with their website. When you get your quote, having entered all your details, they show you a figure of, say, £25 in large bold font and underneath it in a smaller fainter faint it says 10 monthly payments. Fair enough, most of us would think "ok, that's £250 for the year, not bad" . But look closer!! Under that, in equally small, faint print it says something like "plus deposit of £55, total cost £305" There is only one reason why a screen would be laid out in this way and it is intended to lure in unsuspecting punters, so be warned. Shame on you RAC.

	Insurance start date 9 Feb, cashback tracked immediately and paid out today 16 May earlier than the predicted 31st May. Never have problems with cashback from the RAC and will use again in the future. Very satisfied as always.

	Very prompt tracking, certainly within 5 hours, so thumbs up for that. The site was very easy to use and there was the option to tweak your quote and recalculate the price which I find very useful. The insurance package looked very comprehensive and was competitively priced so am happy with that. Fingers crossed cashback will materialize in the 90 days validation period. A definite recommend at this stage in the game.

	Purchased insurance in December 2011. Eventually tracked to £0. But its not moved or.changed since then. Put in a Chase with TCB a few weeks ago. Still nothing. Tcb bog standard response was they are waiting on rac. According to blurb Tcb pay this though. Not rac.

	Car insurance and breakdown cover through top cash back. Tracked on same day. Cash back declined, merchant giving no reason to top cash back and failed to respond to email enquiring. gits

	Cashback still not tracked after 2 days even though cleared cookies before purchase so should have been ok. Cashback claim put 'on ice' by TC so unable to get it chased up yet.

	I used RAC as with the cashback discount it worked out the cheapest insurance. When the total continued to show at £0.00 after the alloted time, I cntacted Top Cashback who claimed they are chasing this for me. I have heard nothing since. I would not use RAC again as clearly they cannot be trusted to pay the cashback they claim to give.
