	i had waited 6 months in the hope of getting my cashback.no money had tracked and having read other peoples comments became very concerned that it would not pay out.have been on to tcb a few times getting them to chase this up.a month later they sent me a message saying rac were going to pay and a few weeks later the money was in my account.tcb done a really good job getting this for me as it was a lot of money.but would be very cautious using rac again.

	Be careful with this Company they do not insure leased cars. Took out insurance in April and have just informed me they had to increase premium because car is leased. Stated this on application form have had to cancel and take out another policy with someone else. The charge for cancellation a whopping 55 pounds did receive cash back but be warned!

	Like many other recent reviews my cashback too has gone to 0.00. I have been slow in realising this so suspect I am too late to do anything about this. Come on TCB surely given that all the recent reviews are having problems you can see there is a major problem with RAC. I definate scan to entice customers in.

	Cashback still not added and its two months now, opened an enquiry and could take many more months to sort out. Why do TC put these people on the front page as recommended when they are are useless. Will not deal with RAC again.

	Bought the car insurance back in Jan 2013. Cashback been pending for 4 months now all of a sudden £0.00. And now past the 100 day dead line to make a claim. Why was it pending for so long so it went past the 100 day deadline? This makes me very suspicious. I think TOP CASHBACK need to look into this.

	I changed my car insurance to RAC, partly with the cash back in mind (which swung my decision against a similarly priced and "spec" product). Unfortunately this did not track, despite full annual payment up front. The advice that there is a 3 month gap before confirmation makes an untracked purchase difficult to follow up. BEWARE OF MISSING CASHBACK IF THAT IS A DECISION POINT FOR YOU. I will consider the other product seriously this year.

	took out rac car insurance via tcb at the end of january after reading very good feedback from previous customers.after a month it did not track,whereby contacted tcb who put in a claim at the end of february.3 months later have still not heard anything and am beginning to think that the £80.00 cashback will not be seen.we live in hope.if you are thinking of taking out insurance with the rac via top cashback take caution

	With such good feedback I expected better from RAC, still not tracked a week later have just lodged a missing cashback claim. If I don't get it will cancel the insurance.

	Be very careful with these - my transaction (£55)has just been declined after about three months in the tracking phase - not sure of the reason, but like most dealings with the insurance sector - I have probably done something wrong e.g. used my mouse left handed or something lol & it's probably listed somewhere in the small print - not a happy bunny. Will not use RAC again - they offer cashback to draw you in then pull the plug - old fashioned scam I'm afraid.

	Purchased car insurance through TCB on 2 February. I was very pleased to see that it tracked straight away as £80.80 cashback. However, although £80.80 is still showing as pending, £0.00 is now showing in the payable section. Claim submitted through TCB today but, looking at the other reviews, I am not hopeful. Very unhappy as the cashback was the only reason I took out the policy with RAC.

	Purchased car insurance in December 2012, cash back traced straight away however cash back has now reverted to £0.00 and I now have to submit a claim.

	Purchased insurance policy may 2012, cashback tracked at 0 straight away however it's now march 2013 and its still 0, not payable and I've had to raise a claim. I've been informed it may take several months if at all.....very disappointing overall. I've now moved over to another cashback site to see if these are any better. It seems the large transactions on here don't work a lot of the time, which is a sham this happened with over £100 worth of sky tv cashback too!

	I purchased RAC breakdown cover through the cash back website. I could have purchased the same cover within my insurance policy with RAC but through thinking I could get £30.00 cash back I decided to do it this way. Now after 4 months has past I was entitled to no cash back at all. I would seriously think about using this as I was completeylt conned.

	Purchased car insurances from RAC for two of my cars; one in July, another in August. Neither purchase has tracked on TCB website. Instigated a claim, but no feedback has been forthcoming. Agree strongly with others that something needs to be done about RAC!!!!!!

	Do no bother STEER WELL CLEAR!!! I have recently gone through topcashback and done a quote with RAC car insurance. I got all the way to the end of the payment process gave all my card details to be told at the end that this could not be processed and I needed to call RAC to discuss medical history??? when I spoke to the customer service representative from RAC I asked whether it had been processed and she replied no. I then asked why and she couldn't comment but all that she could say was that it had to be done as a separte quote over the phone. When i mentioned topcashback her comments were that this had probably happened so that RAC could avoid having to pay up. VERY POOR!!!

	Have twice purchased an RAC product through Topcashback and have not recieved the promised cashback either time. Giving the cashback influenced my decision to purchase in the first place, I will be avoiding them in future. Topcashback are powerless to address this issue.

	Tracked really quickly but has only just paid out, almost 6 months later. 80 quid worth the wait though. Thanks to TCB support team. From what I remember the site was easy to use and paper work prompt, I don't know about other customer services, hoping I won't need to use them.
