	Took a while to confirm, which was against the notes. But paid fairly quickly once confirmed and happy enough as I feared I would have to chase this one. So they are worth considering and their prices were very good. Give them a look and get a quote.

	Buildings and contents policy didn't track. Supposedly due to the transaction being credited to another organisation. I am 100% certain this is not true. Rac and topcashback unwilling to look into this further. Unhappy with experience.

	I took out a policy via TCB on 3rd November 2012, and nothing has even tracked yet. I've chased a few times but still nothing. Very very disappointed.

	Took out a policy in July 2012, went to 0.00 confirmed as expected, still shows today, with no payout date, this is dusgusting. £50.50 was the cashback I should have received. Topcashback should be investigating and stop RAC showing on their website.

	So I bought contents insurance in April. I now discover that it has recently turned into 0.00 with no explanation, and too late to raise it with TCB. I'd not use RAC again and would advise other to use a more reputable merchant.

	I would not recommend for cash back as none of us seem to be getting it. I think Top Cash Back should investigate RAC as feel that this is a CON! I only bought due to cash back and shall be taking further if Cashback not paid out! Disgusted!

	Twice I have taken either home insurance or car insurance out via topcashback, whilst the product itself was good, both times I have had to wait over a year to be told that my claim has been declined,! Do not recommend if you want cash back!

	another poor show from RAC.(my second one) good rate of cashback but didnt pay out.Confirmed as £0.00. good level of cover on policy and price ~ cashback was the bonus that sadly RAC didnt honour.

	Almost 3 months since my car insurance policy commenced, and still waiting for RAC to respond to TCB claim. It was the cash back that made the policy the best value for money without it other quotes were much cheaper. Very disappointed to be stuck with this over-priced policy for a further 9 months.

	I purchased Building and Contents insurance on 30 May 2012. The cashback has still not tracked. I have contacted TCB and I hope something will be done. I need to buy other insurance in the next a few weeks but based on this experience I am not sure whether I will use the RAC again. I did not expect this problem from a company like the RAC. I am very disappointed but I hope that they can redeem themselves by sorting out the claim.

	Cashback appeared then disappeared. I never received anything. RAC home insurance will not speak directly to me or deal with topcashback. Terrible company.

	Cashback was offered, we paid, cashback appeared in pending then suddenly disappeared after one month. RAC will not respond to Topcashback or to us directly. Will never trust RAC again

	Home Insurance bought from RAC Sept 17th. Its now Jan 8th and the transaction has only just been confirmed with no expected payment date. Very very poor service from site and merchant

	I took out a policy in July 2011 with £75 cashback. It tracked at 0 which was expected, but continued to show 0 when payable after 3 months! I have submitted a claim but that was yet another 3 months ago and nothing has been done. I am very disappointed as I would not have taken out the policy without the cashback and so much time has passed that it is not worth my while cancelling, I will just hold out to see if TCB get anything for me. :(
