Robert Dyas have achieved a four-star rating on TopCashback for a variety of reasons, including the items they sell, the service they provide and their fast delivery methods. Feedback provided by our members mentions the great products on offer and their “vast range”, while customers are also impressed with how swiftly their purchases arrive, with one highlighting a “seamless click and collect service” and another the fact an order arrived within a couple of days of placing it.

Value for money also seems to be an important reason why people have chosen to leave a good review. Will not be using this outfit again. I spent ££58.93 and they have refused my cashback for no valid reason. Included in the purchase were 2 pairs of gardening gloves which they advertised on a BOGOF offer. However only one pair was sent without any reason. When I phoned them I was told they had sold out despite the website accepting the order. Most of their goods are overpriced.Bunch of crooks.

slow to ship.Part of order missing.Told by phone I have been refunded.No other information,so will need to check credit card statement.No response from emails.Cashback declined.....waste of time putting in my order,I would be better off going to the shop directly

Awful. Patio set never arrived. Contacted customer services 7 times in 7 days before someone finally called back. Another set ordered. Arrived and was broken. Third set ordered after more contact with customer services finally after a month had full set. Refused to acknowledge my complaint. Then cashback was refused

Bought items - in sale - on 15th Feb. Items delivered quickly, good quality. Used a code to save 10% as it was better value than free delivery. Cashback showing as payable in about 5 weeks. Definitely use again.

Do not use you have been warned!!! If you use any promo code they will turn down your cashback, lost out n over £8. They are awful to deal with, your better off going to a different company than use this company. Truly awful to deal with, please if you want cashback, use someone else.

Robert Dyas flatly gave me the middle finger with regards to cashback. Shame as their product was quite good apart from the fact they sent out a damaged pan the anyone could see. Screw you robert dyas I wont be at your site again!

Purchased November 30th 2012, purchase has tracked but STILL UNCONFIRMED so I guess I wont be getting any cashback from Robery Dyas... I so want to buy from them again but refuse to until this purchase pays up, if not I'll chalk it to experience but it'll be their loss cause I like their prices.

I purchased in June an item for £49.99, tracked quickly and correctly until Sept when it was changed to zero due to the merchant saying I wasnt entitled anymore. No idea why and raised a query with TCB to chase so beware.

Purchased due to a good discount. Cashback was flatly refused because of the promotion. Black marks to Robert Dyas as I often get cashback successfully on discounted products from different sellers. BEWARE!!!

Cashback tracked very quickly. Goods arrived in good time. Free delivery if you spend £40+ but can't use a discount code in addition to free delivery so you need to choose which one gives best value.
