	Glad to see that I am not the only one with tracking issues for Sainsbury's purchases. Am constantly having to go back and raise claims which takes a lot of time and effort to reconcile order to clicks. One star from me.

	Cashback doesnt track - need to manually claim. They eventually ALL fail, and we buy there twice a month - i have no idea what's going wrong

	Declined cashback multiple times despite all the orders being listed in their account and transactions being clicked through TCB.They try to claim the same sorry excuse - that the affiliate network can't trace orders - but this is false because they all went through TCB webpage and orders are all listed in the Sainsbury's account.The cashback which Sainsburys advertises to get sales is therefore false advertising because they frequently don't pay out the meagre cashback anyway.

	I appreciate when cashback is declined for this reason it may not seem right, that said it means that the retailer is happy to pay cashback but it has been paid elsewhere. The best way to avoid this happening is to clear cookies and cache, disabling ad blockers, close any other tabs before purchasing. - Topcashback support TopCashback
	Pointless, cashback never tracks and then always denied after claim (up to 12 months later). They should be removed from site and TCB be better at resolving things.

	When it works, it works. But it is still hit and miss that transactions track. Then it can take a long time to get resolved, with a common outcome being declined as final transaction cannot be verified as having happened through TCB. I don't understand this, as I always use the link through, and the transaction tracks at TCB.
