the cashback has never tracked, have to submit a claim every time, so far only one has reached payable stage out of about 8 transactions.

Improving, as I have just had some of my untracked items come through to Payable. Concerned that the return to a % cashback will make everything slower, and also that conditions applied to orders will make cashback impossible. Still a considerable incidence of untracked orders.

I shop online every week and ca. 50% of transactions don't track for some reason. It gets rather tedious having to keep submitting claims and they are very slow to process them.
