Purchases not registered
I shop weekly with Sainsburys but the purchases have only been recognised once and that was after I complained about missing items.

Rarely works. Mostly rejected
Always have problems with Sainsburys on Topcashback. I have no issues with any other companies. When I ask about missing cashback I get worthless responses

I always use TopCashback when doing my Sainsbury's shop. From the higher new customer amount to the existing customer cashback, it has always worked well.

Hardly ever tracks correctly, have to do a manual claim on most transactions and I get possibly 1 in 5 that actually pays some cash back. Simply not good enough!!

Improving, but capture of purchases is still unreliable. I would far rather be awarded my cashback "within a day" than have to raise a ticket (and then wait months). While I have had issues with some merchants, Sainsburys is the only one when I feel I need to keep records of what has tracked and what hasn't.

Improving. The backlog of outstanding claims has been cleared, though a number were declined for reasons outside my control. The tracking of the order in the first place remains an issue - I would expect something better than less than 50% from a major national retailer. The plthora of cashback rates available, and the frequency with which they change, is also unhelpful.
