Very poor. The cashback rarely happens.
So, so many issues with this retailer over a long period. It would seem that your cashback will not track as valid if you then at checkout use an offer voucher supplied by Sainsbury's, or perhaps even using Nectar points to convert to a discount coupon. That being the case then their T&C's are full of ' tricks'.. I rarely receive the promoted cashback form this organisation. I raise this with TopCashback and they have been thorough in looking into it but the decision lies with the merchant and am afraid their customer service is not so easy to get through to and frankly its not worth it for the very little they give but on principle they should address this issue.

Waste of time
Here we go again. Stopped using TCB because this lot never pay out but it's been a year so decided to try again. Guess what transaction tracked etc but once again declined payment. Absolute waste of time. Sainsbury's are the ONLY company I use on TCB that never pay up.

Worst retailer on TopCashback
I have never had problem like with Sainsbury’s on TopCashback. Never tracks for me, manual claims declined, not worth the effort, avoid.

Awful service
Up till last December I cashback was paid correctly for my weekly shop. This year, I’ve had to raise a ticket for every shop. So far the cashback has been paid for all the tickets I’ve raised but I’ve now got another 5 to raise. Why?

Great way to get cashback !!!!!
Had my first online shopping delivery from Sainsbury's. Went through Top Cashback and got £6.30 back ! Delivery was only £1.00 and the service was great - highly recommended !!

Terrible. Cashback never credited.
Hopeless. Cashback never credited directly and only done months later when I contact TopCashback. This problem does not arise with other merchants.

Very slow to Payout, up to 6 months if all.
Very slow to Payout, up to 6 months if all. Had to lodge a claim as it never was automatically updated even with clearing cache changing browser etc. it did always get tracked but never got automatically credited

Something doesn't add up
I had a number of orders which didn't track and I had to raise missing cashback claims. These were all rejected at the same time even though the time periods differed as they said 'another merchant was used' which was untrue. It makes me wonder if the money has been claimed from Sainsbury's and not passed on.

It can be easy and mostly I am satisfied.
This was the offer: - £5 Bonus Cashback on £50 Spend with Selected Supermarket Brands @ Top cashback ENDS 24TH FEB. I will give the customer service Dept the chance to review as always before posting anything further. More than happy to post positive reviews, but also important to raise issues.

False advertising since Sainsburys repeatedly don't pay
False advertising since Sainsburys repeatedly don't pay DESPITE following ALL the Topcashback recommended steps (on Edge & Firefox) & turning off all adblock etc clearing cache & cookies & only having new browser window with 2 tabs (ie TCB & Sainsburys).Their affiliate network conveniently falsely claims they don't recognise TCB as referrer and TCB allows this to happen.TCB is therefore responsible and liable for FALSE ADVERTISING and breach of consumer laws re:misleading TCB and Sainsburys customers by getting sales due to advertised cashback which Sainsburys repeatedly denies and TCB does nothing about.Everyone affected by this needs to make Trading Standards and Advertising Standards Authority complaints.
