Never tracks if you buy something
Out of the last 7 big buys (£190+ each) NONE have tracked. 2 shown as visited through TCB so I can at least try to claim manually but that is suspect. Going through the claims process there are many visits showing to the Sainsbury's Grocery's site, most being visits not purchases. I always either go through the TCB site or use the popup activation when on the Sainsbury's site (always wait for successful cashback activation popup). But all of these do NOT track. cookie blockers are disabled for the site as with all the online retailers I purchase from. All I can say is if you buy from them for the cashback to reduce your purchase, just don't. Iceland for instance always tracks with no issues ever, as do many other big name stores.

Quite good, but can be varied
Most of my shopping tracks with Sainbury's but at times, it doesn't;t and missing cashback claims follow, but generally it gets there in the end

Improving
When it works, it's fine. Cashback tracks through more or less in the estimated time. When it doesn't, which is less often these days, it's a nightmare as there seems to be no effective process in place to check through claims made for missing cashback in a timely fashion. 4 stars is better though than the 3 I was giving before. You do get the cashback, just not when you might expect it ie a day or so after placing the order.

Very hit and miss
I find trying to get cash back with sainsburys a challenge it’s often the one site that I struggle with as it often doesn’t register and I’m a loyal customer who spends £100 most weeks.

Never tracks. Slow claims, always rejected.
Having gone through TCB to make regular Sainsburys purchases for six months now, I see an clear pattern. Always get "your visit has been recorded" popup. Never tracks. I claim every time. Claims take about 4 months. Claims are always rejected by the retailer. Shameful!

Sainsbury's Cashback?
Almost all the time, just with Sainsburys, the cashback does not properly track and you have to put in a request....no problems with any other sites.

Purchases not tracked
I have made five orders at Sainsbury's through TopCashBack, only one has tracked. I have submitted missing cashback claims which they are taking their time processing, and now the first one has come back rejected, saying there's no evidence of having gone through TopCashBack to make the order, even though I had the TopCashBack browser extension showing cashback was activated. Very poor service

Pointless
This used to track every time but since the start of the year, nothing. I chase up every single order, which I place weekly following an the usual steps, and there's still been no cashback on my account in the last 4 months. It seems to sit waiting for their attention for months on end and then gets declined because they can't trace the transaction - probably because it's been months since it happened! I have customer service calls on this since January and it's now August, still nothing.

Every time, Sainsburys fails to track and I have to put in a claim for cashback. I shop with them regularly but so far I've not had any cashback or any successful claims. From seeing other reviews I don't know why TopCashBack don't remove them and everyone the hassle of chasing cashback.

packing is poor
at least the last three weeks, there has been damaged products due to packing of crate, with the highest refund being £31 of goods, which were all damaged

Consistently fails to track
I shop weekly with Sainsbury's, I always click through from Top Cashback and almost every time I have to chase the claim. And now they've started declining it after months of waiting, saying they can't trace it. I never get the "your visit has been recorded" message come up on the Top Cashback webpage after I click through to Sainsbury's, so somebody at TCB needs to look into this because if your visits aren't recording then that is YOUR issue, not mine. If you can't reliability provide the advertised cashback then remove Sainsbury's from your partners, it's just frustrating at this point and customers are starting to miss out as other recent reviews show.

Terrible
I shop each and every week at Sainsburys, ALWAYS through Top Casbback. I’m lucky if I get two cashbacks a month, sometimes whole months are missed. I am regularly filing claims for missed cash back. Absolutely horrendous service and use of this app.
